I'll try to make it down to Fuel. Someone has to represent Mazda since too many are defecting to "other" manufacturers.
Heck, some guy up at Bucks in Landen tonight tried to sell me this over my Miata. It did look clean, but $18,500? He also badmouthed Mazdas in general. Typical Honda water drinker.

Personally, i'd take an s2000 over a miata, and if i were to start over again, i'd probably take on over an 8.

I'd take Miata over Z3. though z3 has more power, Miata is more well balanced. I've heard that if you go for z4, you can get more power with good balance in weight distribution. but I've never driven z4, and probably more expensive.
when i was shopping for my 8, i test drove both Miata, and z3, and felt i liked miata way better. just how the seat feels, the view from the driver's seat, how it turns, etc, but maybe just me....

Wish I had an S1.....
That 25mm difference in the rear makes it difficult to get aftermarket structs. Koni has a different part # for the S2.
As for the Z3, our Miata needs some work. I'd like to get a newer one, but it is a fun car to drive. That black Z3 looks pretty good and the miles are low. The Z4 is the way to go, but $$$$$$ more.
Also thinking about a MR2 Spyder. I saw one over in Eastgate a few times and it's a light blue color. Looked really nice. Never driven one though.

BB8 - I'd love to get the Koni's, wheels and Bumper, but I've already committed to buying a daily/beater this month and am already over budget with that. If anything changes I'll let you know though.

Nice looking 944 you got there. Sorry I didn't talk to you more. My wife actually liked the cars down at Fuel, which surprised me since she's really doesn't care about cars.
We went from Fuel over to Aurora to watch the powerboat races. Not a lot of excitement like the Unlimiteds, but the price was right (free). I'll post some pics once I get done processing them.
