9:30 - 10:00 or so, it's usually getting pretty packed by then.

I am kind of in the same boat as Bobby. I need to get some work done on the rear brakes on my TL but I don't know a good mechanic to go to when I want to supply parts myself. I need new rear pads and (probably) rotors and I am partial to Hawk pads but the place I usually go near my office for oil changes doesn't let you provide your own parts. I would really prefer to do it myself but I do not have the tools, workspace, or know-how

Any suggestions around the Lebanon or Northern Cincy area? Much appreciated.

Also, @Kytten - I have not seen the red 8 in our complex in a few weeks now, so it might be garaged or just parked elsewhere so I can't say if it seems to be running or not.

If they were the apartments behind Target then that is Ryan and he recently moved - if they were the apartments on the hill near the larger expensive home community across from the golf course then that one was just relocated to a less obvious location awaiting it's PCM to arrive from California If you ever want to try to look at stuff yourself hit me up - I have ramps and also a great low profile jack and a garage that could offer some cover - might have the tools too but hard to say - wish I knew a shop around for you but we do the work on ours or I take my 8 to King's just to annoy them for the really big computer related emergencies.

I noticed my MPG went down. It must be the defective driver's side visor causing drag.

The 8 needs a visit to Kings to put on the new visor and my freebie oil change.

I saw a black S2 (I think) headed north on US 22 today. Kind of looked like an R3. Hard to tell since I was going the other way and not looking that close.

Maybe that's my problem, bad visor! If I put the visors from my 7 in the 8 maybe I will go faster

Kevin did you sell that 8 yet or what man?

Nope wasn't me.

On a side note I just realized these Tein S Techs I just bought would drop my car too low to get into the parking lot at my apartment complex. I only have a half inch of clearance if that as it is. I would bottom the **** out of my car going in and out. Kinda depressing. So I guess the new springs are a no go.

Mighty big curb. So far I only had once place where I had a little scrap. My friend's house. I park on the street now. My drop wasn't as low as I thought it would be. Maybe an inch up front and less in back.

i have a bunch of scrapes under my car. If you keep the shiny side up, you don't have to worry about it.

I am on Tanabe's which are lower than Teins and i very rarely have any issues with curbs. My buddy who had Teins on his never really had any issues at all. Also i believe Fuz is rolling on Teins and i don't believe he has any issues. I mean yeah, we scrape a little here and there but no big deal, doesn't really hurt the car. this curb you are talking about must be the largest in the world. maybe if you go at it at an angle? thats what i have to do at my gf's parents' driveway.

just my 2cents
good luck

yeah, i rarely scrape with s-techs. If i do, it's something pretty steep, and it's usually my exhaust that scrapes. Not an issue for most exhausts, but the hi-power hangs pretty low.

This is the curb in question. The pictures are kind of deceiving but it is quite high. At the point where the bottom of my car is closest to the ground there is about a half inch of clearance. I mean if you all think it could work I might just try and go for it and see what happens

That damn gate that I have to drive through makes it basically impossible to hit it at an angle... I thought about that as well.

I believe you are on to something there BB. I like the sound of that. Hit me up and let me know how much you would let them go for. I'm kinda on the broke side with rent coming up next week but maybe I can try and work something out.

If you take that at an angle, you'll be fine.

Hydraulics are the answer. That or maybe use that curb as a skateboard park.

I was going to suggest carrying a couple pieces of 2 x 4 in the trunk but you need a forklift to get over that beast.

Yeah, they looked like they were spray painted too, ahahah.

I have a bb rx8 with the red and black trim,

I'm usually at the gym from 3-5 on weekdays.
