This may seem kind of silly to ask, but if my engine needed to be rebuilt could I accompany it and assist. I'd really like to get the Rotary knowledge and experience under my belt. Plus I'm a do it myself kind of person but I wouldn't exactly feel comfortable doing this in my garage with no background.

if not its cool, just wanted to know god willing i dont need a rebuild any time soon.

I'm going for a compression test Friday. My 8 has 130,000 on it. Just want a basic motor. Can I get a price shipped to 72176 please!

I wish I could. Mr Engman is a loner. He does not even want me around when he's working. We've had multi-million dollar team owners wanting to pay to have him teach the process but he is too busy and does not see the value. He does most of his work after I leave which is often 10 at night.

Sorry,

Paul.

The closest I'm doing to basic anymore is $4600 plus core. This would be brand new rotors, housings seals with RE-medy water pump, RE-medy thermostat and RE-medy oil pressure kit. I'm pricier than Mazda at this time due to doing a higher level product.

12 Months if installed by a Mazda dealer or Mazda specialty shop (A business that would not be doing this for the first time).

I have pm'd the last two people who inquired. Thank you for considering Mazmart to satisfy your Mazda parts needs.

We have nothing that is a budget build at this time, only the highest quality with the most new parts. We have found this to be the wise approach with the Renesis.

Update for Paul and Rick - the "Doc" build is as strong as can be. Thanks for going the extra mile for me. A few members are hammering on me to get back to the dyno, but I need some more time. Most likely Feb/March time frame.

Sounds good sir. I'm confident that a MazdaManiac tune will yield a nice result as well.

Paul.

Presently our engines run $3750 and above as they are almost entirely new parts and include RE-medy high flow water pump as well as RE-medy 76 deg thermostat, new oil metering nozzles, lines and overhaul gasket set.

Where are you? What is the failure description? How many miles are on this engine? Auto or manual?

Okay, so it sounds like it has overheated. Feel free to send me a private message with the details. VIN and mileage please.
