BTW -

The wait has been about 2 weeks this month.
It was only 2 days in January.
It'll probably be back in the 2 day range again in April.
I've only had 9 people wait for more than 3 weeks.
Right now, there are NO calibrations in the queue that are more than 3 weeks old and the vast majority of them fall under two weeks at the moment.
The 9 that took more than 3 weeks were in a pool of over 150, so you can get an idea of how that works.
Right now, there are 40 calibrations waiting to go out.

I love the fact that almost all the drama is gone! It is better when we can do some research in this forums rather than witness the pissing contest and vendor bashing that is taking place!

Well, we learned some "techniques" for diffusing that sort of stuff.

Question!

Had to re-post the question form another thread!
OK so here is my question. My AP should be on its way, My plan is to tune the car for NA set up to increase performance for daily basis. I have a Nitrous kit installed that I only use every now and then. I am planning to increase to a 60hp shot(is a wet system). So finally to the question, After I get ,say 4, of my maps can I request the last map to be created to run on this nitrous set up?? Thanks in advance!!

There aren't 5 separate calibrations.
You get one that is progressively tuned for maximum performance.

Hey Jeff I think I may have to retake datalogs. I was having apparently ignition problems with the BHR ignition and I think I fixed it last night. I think now im running lean in boost all the time instead of just at high rpms. I will check it tonight and resend you the datalogs if needed.

So if I want to do nitrous (60 or more) shot, I have to start all over againg with a different map. I guess what I am trying to ask is the end state I am looking for is to be able to switch from a NA setup to a nitrous map for a trip to the track. Is this possible?

There isn't much difference needed for a nitrous map - only if you have to pull timing is there any changes needed.
And, really, you can just have the timing pulled 3 or 4 degrees at the torque peak as your main map and leave it at that.

Jeff, I just got home from work and when I go into WOT the car will go to upper 12's and up to ~13.3 AFR's. Do you want me to do a datalog of this? Dont know if its useful since I take my foot of the gas instantly.

Email replied to. Hope we can get things cleared up.

This will work out nice if I receive Cal tonight as I receive my AP back tomorrow.

Cobb ensured me that it was fixed this time and even included a free t-shirt for all my troubles!

Must say my car feels really good with the 4.0.4 calibration, didn't think I'd feel a difference from stock really. But haven't logged or anything yet, my calibration service is probably expired anyway.
