I sent you a PM a few days ago. I got a new AP from Cobb since my old one got a fatal error. And when I went to load my maps...they were grayed out. Am I correct in saying I need these maps altered for my new Cobb S/N?

You need to resubmit your 11 questions (with the new serial), the current calibration (no logs if there is no updating to be done and the words "SERIAL NUMBER" appended to the subject.

Jeff Still no answer to my question. I received your email and just wanting to know is everything clear now? Or do I still need to resend you datalogs. The ones I sent you again w/4.01 are post fix. All issues were addressed clogged cat and vacuum leak.

apart from my trims.. this 4th map from jeff seems to be the one.
no longer am I shooting flames after every shift over 8k. wot seems steady at 12.5-13.0.
still out on any mpg gains.. though I do see the cruise map kick in every once in a while and put me at 15.2-15.7 afr.

Big shocker.. no map today either.. this is really getting ridiculous. If I had known that the service was going to take so long, I would have just had the car tuned in the area instead of paying 300$ and waiting what seems 3-4 weeks between tunes..
I didnt get a tune either. It is a little tedious to have to wait but some people like me have no other options, since we dont have any tuners for accessports down here. Hopefully I get something soon, my current tune has me a bit frustrated with the car.
You know what pisses me off the most, is that I'm a Paying Customer.. MM says all the time that he does this for free. shouldn't paying customers get priority? I mean, I signed up after reading his turn-around times and expecting to get a tune on somewhat a timely fashion. I understand if a tune is late one time.. because of holidays etc.. but why post 48 hours if you don't mean it or say I'll catch up wed if you don't mean it. why not just be honest and tell the truth.. it pisses people off more when you keep ignoring then or telling them stuff just to shut them up. I mean. I really want to just get this going and on the road. It's underivable in it's current condition. and previous it was getting 13's in boost.. which is just dangerous. so it's been just sitting for months
yeah...I know what you mean, right now im going very rich at low loads not even in boost and then im going lean at 6k+ rpms so I can drive it but its not pleasant. I just want to get it done with so I can enjoy my car, im tired of driving like an old lady.

Alright dude here is how his Email System works: You send him what he ask's for in the Email Ect 4200rpm> CC with A/C and Defrost and headlights. and the current Callibration that your running. if you do so correctly you'll receive an email saying Received. if you wish to re send the logs do so and the 1 one is deleted and your moved to the back of the line. its like you never send the 1st one to begin with. so if you had problems re send like stated and then its all gravy.
As for the people who complain, you really think all that bitching is going to make him go any faster

Jeff is a Great Guy enough said.I'm very aware "dude" of how his system works. Only reason I'm concerned is because he had emailed me with a concern about my datalogs , specifically my fuel trims. I had replied back and explained to him the issues I was having and that they were fixed when I resent them with 4.01 calibration installed. (I actually had resent the correct datalogs before I received 4.01, but after installing 4.01 I had much reason to believe he didn't get my corrected logs in time as everything was much worse.) I again was just wanting to know if everything was clear now as I had not received a reply back.
