MM is the man! Finally got my 4.0.1 map yesterday for my turbo. slapped it in got in two good drive cycles since then, and fired my datalogs back. Hopefully soon I'll really be able to drive the car again.

I almost gave up and tried to do my own tune with ATR..but I just can't get it to connect to my car.

Anyways...Starting to feel a bit of the turbo in the seat of my pants, hope the next version will really get it going.

question, I know I do Idle and 4200 rpm. but do I also do 4th gear pull to redline on 4.0.1 maps? I thought we didn't do the pull until 4.0.2?

I don't have access to the google order system. When did you order it? There is a group of APs coming in on Thursday or Friday. It is likely in that group if it was ordered recently.

 

Who did you order it from? And where did you come up with that number?

 

Here is another question from a noob

When is the rev-limiter moved to 10k rpm? I am on 4.0.1 now and it is still on 9krpm. Or is this something we can set ourselves by a setting in the AP?

 

The rev limiter can only be set via an accessport calibration. If you want to have that feature added then you will need to submit your calibration with instructions to increase your rev limited to 10,000 RPMS.

 

Ok, I had asked MM to increase it to 10krpm. It could simply be that he had forgotten, since there were some issues with my logs.

Should I ask for 10krpm right away or should I wait for 4.0.4 or so?
