hi jeff:
i also have checked the folder/server where you keep all the tunes. there is nothing there or in any of my email folders. i still have a copy of all the files that i sent you. let me know what you would like me to do after the two months wait.

Just checked the folder. Nothing for me yet either. Got my "received" February 9th.
Since I'm not alone, he probably didn't get a chance to finish all of them yet. I'm sure he'll get to them like he always does if he hasn't already.

i feel that i need to elaborate on my situation again. i have gotten your last 4 replies/tunes without any problems via aol, so i don't think your email has been filtered. since the received notice on 1/27/10, i believe this is the last tune that i need. if you have not already sent me a tune, i believe i will have to resend you the 1/27 files. but again i need direction from you before i would resend. and if i do, can you expedite it this one time? it has already been seven months(no fault of mine). and i do believe that i will be all done after this next one.

Did you follow the instructions on the 1st page (or you should have also got this email) and checked your "personal directory"?
Customer Calibrations will be posted to the MazdaManiac WEB server. Your personal directory listing is located at:
Replace "USERNAME" with the name you provided in the "11 Deadly Questions", spelled exactly as provided.

Most of the January list went out a long time ago.
Most of the February list went out a few weeks ago.
My plate should be clear by tonight.
Check for an e-mail by tomorrow. If you don't (didn't) receive an e-mail, check for your folder in the first post of the thread and check your SPAM setting on your e-mail client.

yes. i checked the server several times in the last two months. the latest tune on there is from 1/20/10. i got the next recieved notification on 1/27/10. so there has been no new tunes on the server since. please tell me what to do next.

Can i transfer my AP to a friend of mine here in Cyprus? Can you include the 6 months free tuning or he needs to purchase a new one? We connect my AP to his car and it actually recognized it.

"If your RX-8 has a modified or non-standard MAF housing or if you have modified or non-standard fuel injectors, you MUST submit for a modified base calibration for your particular application before proceeding."
Meaning if you are running a FI rx8 (or trying to get it running) and your injectors are not stock we must submit the 11 deadly questions to ap@mazdamaniac.com so that we can obtain a base map because the FI rx8 maps you have will not work correctly or need to be tailored based on the injectors or maf changes..... Just want to know because i made the submission based on that statement in your instructions to the above email address.

I think the server problem is resolved - I had two copies going up, one to an "https:" version that no one could see. I fail as a WEB admin. sry.
There are STILL a LOT of you that are phailing at your submission - info being left out, sending the wrong calibration, logging on the wrong calibration, etc.
Many things like that are going to slip by and leave you with some really bad results. I reject what I can see is wrong, but if you get a "v4.0.2" but then send your next logs still using "v4.0.1", your calibration will be screwed and you will have to start over.
Also, some of you have changed forum names. That will also cause problems. You need to be consistent.
I sent out about 80 notifications this morning, about a dozen were repeats from two months ago. Verify your current calibration before you update.
Definitely, just add the dyno runs to the regular data and include a note that explains what you are sending.
I don't see anything from you, so resubmit and check the instructions CAREFULLY.
