I cut to the chase and called Rotary Performance just now. I told them that I plan on using the AP which will raise the temps and they couldn't recommend using the Supercat. I changed my order to a midpipe. Stage 3 here I come.
Morkus, I do have emissions testing. I figure I can swap the stock cat back in when the time comes. If I find the midpipe to be too loud I may only use it on the track.

When the time comes for me to reinstall the cat, the guy who did it for me is going to simply charge another $35 to do it.

you guys were too slow to jump on that GB thread.
Twinx: I agree with you on why to buy this from Jeff. I reward those who contribute. It's why I'm a fan of Paul at Mazmart, of Ray with BHR, and to Jeff who is constantly challengine methods and trying to improve our cars.
Carry on...

Well to each his own, really not that serious though bruh, just asked a simple question and even offered money in support of jeff's endeavours. But anyway will just have to wait for the tuner software to be released.

I wasn't talking about you specifically. Just in general, anyone who does that is like the people who used to think that if you accelerated hard for a few seconds, you could coast for several times that time, and as a result, your car would save on fuel cost since it was operating only 1/3rd the time.

Indeed you have some loyal followers almost like a cult, but anyway I appreciate all you have done and continuing to do for our commnity, was initially going to buy from you by the end of this week but saw the GB and got hella excited but my offer still stands either way, I'm very capapble of tuning my own car just looking for some calibrations to hold me till the software becomes avalaible for us end users. That's all

If you werent so trigger happy maybe you would have slowed down and educated yourself before making a snap decision you regret...
If we were followers we would be bashing...educating I guess makes you an extremist...
Man...now you made me want another mountain dew...
EXTREME!!

Not to veer off-topic(but I will anyway!), I think Derek has a point regarding "cult" behavior. We've seen it several times in the past and they have been referred to as a "mafia", "family", etc., by those who are partake in them! Whether or not such dedication on part of our supporters is deserved by we vendors is to be determined by nobody but those individuals who are involved. For me, I really hope the support BHR gets(now and in the future) is mostly based upon the quality of the stuff I offer and my efforts to maintain open communication with my customers and customers-to-be, and only in a very minor way because of how "nice" people might think I am.
How you convince me to give it up is the trick...sadly...I'm about as easy as a prom date...

The "cult" thing makes me uncomfortable.
The thing I've always tried to do here is lift the veil on the mysterious workings of other vendors with a cult following.
I hope that what I'm doing is transparent enough not to need any unveiling.
Certainly, with the upgrade kit, I spelled out the parts list way before I made it a kit.
With the AP, I've spilled the beans as much as Cobb will let me.
However, if it is a cult, I've got some CoolAid over here that's much tastier than that Mountain Dew!
