You must respond to that e-mail if you want continued support of your AccessPORT calibrations.
I have no way to make a graphical log, and I don't know how to attach the current calibration (do I just copy it off the AP onto the PC?) So does that mean I can't get on the list?

I will accept a drawing on paper with crayon. Just be as accurate as you can.
The calibrations can be put on and taken off using the included software.
When you have done the start-up procedure and settled on a proper MAF calibration, just use the AP Manager and download the file to your computer.
Then, attach it to your e-mail.
This allows me to easily keep track of who has what.
Well, not easily, but it easier than the alternative.

Datalogs...

Oh yea, I owe you a new Excel file now that the cat is off the car. I'm rolling over 70K on the OD this week, and she pulls strong as ever on your original map. I'll see about getting you a new one this week. Gotta go find that backroad I used before.

If you are happy with the way it is performing (and the numbers are all good), then I don't need data.
I just want to make sure everyone is happy.

I'm unhappy. I don't get my CAI back from being ceramic coated till Thursday! That's almost 2 weeks I've gone without it. The hot air intake is giving me 140-150 F temps. Usually it's in the 80 or 90 F range.

I feel your pain...hence why my K&N v2 is collecting dust in my garage.

My goal in the Esmiril thread is the same as the Pettit threads - I want people to know what they are getting into, what the possible scenarios are and what they can do about it.

Let me revise my statement - I want the people that do this stuff to their cars to be happy.
I couldn't give a flying f*ck about the happiness of the vendors. They are, for the most part, vultures.

I can see how they got that way, though.
For the most part, the customer base is uneducated and will drive you mad because they don't want reasoned choices - they want bling and boom.
Like almost every other aspect of this society, people are less concerned with their own level of responsibility then they are with being served.
This allows vendors to get away with an extraordinary degree of BS.

Sent you an e-mail Jeff. Unfortunately missed my dyno opportunity, but I sent you the AFR data I had after a recent trip with the AP plugged in.

Received the AP last Friday. This little piece of hardware is AMAZING. The car feels completely different. The engine feels smoother, the dips in the band are gone, it pulls alot harder and I swear the gas needle hasn't moved in 2 days...lol. I'm anxiously waiting for the BHR coils to be released next week. I can't imagine how much better this car is going to drive.

Jeff, the work you do is amazing and I want to say thanks for your service and especially at the price you do it at.

For those of you that are savvy on the AP, can you please tell me if this is good to go? Here's what I got today and I'm also assuming by now the fuel trim has settled.

I'm on map 2a my LTFT is -3 at idle and my AFR is at 15.5 at idle / off throttle it's 20.3 / high loads high 12's / most mid-high loads high 13's / everywhere else it's the mid 14's.

agreed... the Renesis still doesnt idle the way i'd like it to, but i dont think it ever will. But the difference from OEM idle is a HUGE improvement!

I wouldn't call myself savy... afterall, I'm still an RX8 n00b, but if your WOT AFRs consistently stay at or around 12 from 4000 rpm on then it's my understanding that you're good to go.
