from the reviews I read on the Costco site...I would recommend buying the chairs at Costco....because of the great return policy at Costco, you can simply return it to Costco if you get a faulty chair...sounds like this chair has wiring and speaker problems.

i have 2 recaro baby seats..and love them both!! i have the one pictured up there, but all black.. and a bigger one because she is growing like a weed
