RCCAZ1, are loaner cars allowed at the picnic if I don't get my car back in time?

Latest RCCAZ e-mail re GrandAm Cup
The latest from Tim.
* * * *
Everyone,
Here's the latest update on our GrandAm Cup outing later this week at
PIR. Our original plan was to head out to the track Thursday evening
for the SpeedSource team's qualifying night. However, when David
checked with PIR he discovered that the track was not open to the public
Thursday evening, so activate Plan B.
For Plan B, the Friday afternoon GT class race starts at 4:00 pm and
Sylvain Trembly has indicated that the SpeedSource team could meet with
RCCAZ members in their garage area an hour or so before race time. With
that being said, David would like to have everyone meet at the parking
lot of Cracker Barrel around 1:30 pm with departure to PIR around 1:45
pm. That gives us enough time to park and make our way over to the
SpeedSource garage and hopefully meet with the team before racetime.
Cost to get into the track for the Friday race event is $29.
The following is a list of people who contacted us previously and
expressed interest in attending [names not included in this post]. Please let us know ASAP one way of the other if you're still planning to attend on Friday afternoon. I'll then pass along that list to David so he can keep an eye out for everyone at Cracker Barrel. Also, if you don't see your name on the list but would
like to attend, please let us know as well.

Everyone,
Here’s the FINAL reminder about our Annual Toyz for Totz Holiday Toy Drive to Wickenburg this coming Sunday, December 4th. Bring at least 1 new unwrapped toy and meet in the Honeywell parking lot on the Northeast Corner of I-17 and Union Hills. This is the same parking lot that we used to depart on our Halloween Run in late October. Coffee and Donuts (umm Donuts) will be available.
Meeting time: 9:00 am
Cruise Time: 10:00 am
Start Time in Wickenburg: 11:00 am
This is our 4th year attending the Toyz for Totz Cruise, sponsored by Remember When Cruise Association, which is sponsoring this event for their 21st consecutive year. Once in Wickenburg we’ll be participating in the car show and checking out the sights and shops in downtown Wickenburg.
Dress warm, and let me know if you PLAN to attend!

New Year's South Mountain Run
Information from RCCAZ!
Everyone,
Just a quick message reminding everyone of our plans again this year for our “Third Annual New Years Day South Mountain Run.” Meet at the parking lot of the Phoenix Zoo at approximately 10 am. From there we’ll cruise over to South Mountain and make our way through the twisties enroute to the top of South Mountain for a few pics before returning to either F1 Race Factory for some racing or a local dining establishment for a late lunch.
Thanks for another GREAT year with RCCAZ. Have a Safe and Fun-filled Holiday Season!
