GMR is Glendora Mountain Road (or something along those lines)
I have the Mt. Baldy start point saved in my navigation, but i''ve never driven more than 2 minutes on it.
its supposidly (sp) a nice windy road.

its glendora mountain road. its a windy road that goes from azusa to mt blady.
consider this:
from mt baldy to azusa via freeway is about 25 min
on GMR its about 40min-(on my bike hitting about 140-160mph on the very few straights and about 45-90mph in the corners with 1 potty break) to about 60 min. there are hundreds of turns per run. i havent been in about a year or so. last i heard the gates were closed due to wannabe drifter boys killing themselves at night.
theres also angels crest (i think thats what its called) and highway 138 (really twisty) up to arrowhead (medium) and down crestline (highspeed sweepers).

Now that I look at the first picture the front tire needs some serious attention, but the second picture came out ok.

hahaahah you put the rims on backwards..by that, I mean you put the rears on the front, and vice-versa.
Do it again. This time, put the big fat lips in the rear. I love thr rims, love the red lugs. Go for it. Rodger (Rotary Rasp) is getting the same wheels, in 18's for 900 bucks. Screw the house, get some wheels...I mean, you already have a roof over your head
discount...? Damn, I could a got it for cheapa. damn.

Sorry to Denward (Ghost), my phone kept cutting off. Maybe we'll catch you at the meet in December, or maybe one of these other days around town.
Sorry I am so late in posting these pics...I had to stop and file a police report on the way home. After dropping Viper (and his curse) off at Pirate, Snowfl8k and I went down to get on the freeway at Inland Center drive. I got in the wrong lane to enter the freeway, so put my blinker on to merge over. I thought the lady behind me was letting me over, but no, she pulled up to cut me off, and was very angry. She was yelling something at me and waving her hands all over the place. Her window was up, so I didn't know what the heck she was saying. She wouldn't let me over, so I just went ahead of her at the 4-way stop. She obviously was not very happy. She attempted to cut me off at the onramp but ran out road and almost went into the guard rail, head on. She slammed on her brakes and then pulled behind me on the onramp. She was riding my bumper the whole way down. I merged over one lane to the left, was looking over my shoulder to merge another when a loud bang startled me. She had thrown something at my car...what the F. She was screaming "now what Bitch". Well, what proceeded from that point was a bunch of stupid driving on my part to keep up with her as she tried to get away (in a Ford Explorer). Well, she wasn't getting away, even on her attempt to exit the freeway and me cutting her off, then she reversing back onto the freeway...yah backing up the offramp...was real fun. I was on the phone the entire time with 911. I gave them a description of her car, her plate numbers, and a description of the driver. It was hard as heck to just leave, like the operator was telling me too. I followed her to the Cedar offramp on the 10 west when I realized that she was on the phone. I figured she was leading me somewhere..somewhere with other people she knew, so I had to back off. I met the officer at a corner near my house and had my first peak at the side of my car.
Well, from my best guess, she threw an orange at me. I could still see the Orange peel marks in my paint. It hit right on the door handle...which is probably to my saving grace, as that is probably the stiffest part of our cars. No dent. I washed that side of the door when I got home, just to make sure their were no scratches or dents. I am lucky.
I have to admit, that there were two occasions I could have got out of my car and I could have kicked in her door so far. I think the only thing that kept me from releasing all that adrenaline that had been built by driving over 120 miles per hour on the freeway, is that I had CHP on the line with me at the time.
I guess I am just thankful that no damage was done. I fear what we did to the other traffic at this point though. I have to go sit down for awhile, try to relax a little.
On good note, thanks for bringing the shifter KC. It was fun to install it there. 15 minutes, not too bad. Snowfl8k really enjoyed the shifter on our run today. She said it was fun to downshift with the closer gear points. Jason, thank you. I'm sure Snowfl8k will send you thanks as well, or maybe she already has.

that sucks *** Kwescott. at least there was no damage. could have sucked had it hit the middle of the door, or a headlight at 120 MPH. (or front bumper mesh)
