I went to the Torrance meet last month and was planning on going to the Tustin Socal meet this month...but I would consider San Gabriel this month and saving Tustin for August....I'm definately up for a caravan (not the Dodge minivan..but a cruise with other members to San Gabriel)... :o

 

Welcome to the club. Our next meet is the 9th I believe. You'll have to check the first page for the meet location/address. Since you are in the IE, maybe you would like to come to our "pre-meet"" breakfast. We usually have a few members show up for breakfast at Farmer Boys on Cherry off the 10 FWY. I usually show up around 745 for breakfast. Meet in San Bernardino is at 9:00. Hope to see you there.

On a related note...we doing Big Bear this time? It will be my last opportunity to be in my 8 for a month since I'm off for vacation on the 12th.....or are we up for the beach run?

 

I'll be going to the SGV this month Kieth... besides, it's closer for ya than the Tustin. We'll see how the turnout for this one will be like. 3 of us are for sure showing up so far...

SnowFl8k, cLLcLe, welcome to the San Bernardino meet. as stated before we always meet on the second saturday of the month. the drives are usually unknown untill the day of the meet. (we usually try to keep the location off of this thread)

you are more then welcome to show up, usually 5-6 8's show up and the same for RX-7's. we are more then female friendly, dont see the point in not beitng that way. I myself bring my girl as with most others.

if you get some time take a look at the other pages we always post pictures of the meets after words. between myself, Kwescott, Cesar, and who ever else might have a camera, it usually makes for some pretty good photos of your car. (take a look at my avatar, that was taken by Cesar)

anyways, again welcome, and please feel free to come out the the next meet on the 9th. PM me if you need anything.

also Vipers, Zero, Cesar, Kwescott, Riccio, and all you other Rotary people, (that list could get long) if you have nothing to do on the 4th you are more then welcome to come over to my house and set off some fireworks. (they are legal here)

 

CAKE..CAKE..CAKE.....(speeddemon understands) ill be there......yup, fireworks are legal in san bernardino.....so we will be having a blast, hanging out, competing w/ the neihbors up the street on best fireworks display.....nothing beats our purple rain extraveganza!! and this year will be 10 times better!! we are going to block off a major street w/ a wall of fireworks!! its really awesome!!! hope to see you all there!!!! everyone is welcome to come!! we are usually out till like 11pm...and we are not far from the big show, so we get to see that one from where we are at!

I'll be in San Diego this weekend for July 4th. July 9th? Anything going on then? I'll be up here from then but then unavailable the last two weeks of july and first week of august.

 

I might go to Romero Mazda in Ontario that morning for an oil change.
I'm going to call today to see if I can get an appointment. If I can be done by 10/10:30 we can meet at the park and leave at 11am.

I'll let you know for sure as soon as I figure out where/when I'm getting the oil change.

CLLcLe, being in rancho you might want to meet up with Kwescott, Riccio, and KrazyKave on the morning of the meet, then head on over.

SnowFlake, its not a far drive from fontuky, but Cesar is from there, you could always caravan with him.

got my windows tinted today..say another 8 next to me with them done yesterday and they looked so nice..I had to do it. I'm so damn impulsive...I just wish I had enough extra cash to be so impuslive with rims (the real mod I want next). Got em all done in medium for 150. They did a great job but it was next to my work...so quite a drive for everyone on this forum.....

i payed 190 for mine in Limo, the front stripe, and the rotor in mirror yellow on the rear. 140 sounds like a fair price.

the rotor is window tint. the zoom zoom and start the rovolution are decals.

well, speeddemon and myself have figured out where the run will be.... we wont post it on the site, but kwescott will be happy.......and after the run, we are going to have lunch at cucas mexican restraunt..... if ANYONE does not want cucas, let either of us know, and we can figure something else out

ok everyone, not to over shadow the meet coming up NEXT weekend (the 9th) but i do want to ask some of you to come out to California speedway on July 23rd. they are having an auto cross day in the parking lot. scotty305 and myself will be there.

Vipers we need to get your car leak proof by then, i know you would have a lot of fun out there. anyone else intersted is welcome to come also. just let myself or scotty305 know.

well i am back. been very busy at work. but i want to try to make the meet on the 9th. i have nothing going on, never heard back from xlntint so i might try a local place, any suggestions? got a minor mod (very minor) but want the windows and strake soon. so why do we do a San Berdo game after the drive.
