u should sign up for both days. if everyone here is going, we could prolly all meet there early in the morning- ie 815am. the earlier we get there, the more runs on the rx-8 & miata autocrosses, i'm thinking. (also, less people and not as hot.)

August 5th----Malibu meet. There was some discussion of having this as our monthly meet given that Casey and Mischelle's wedding comes on the second Saturday of August.

August 12th---Autocross Championship at night. Yup, this event will start at dusk and run till the last car...I'm thinking midnight. This is a chance at running an event and staying away from the heat...plus running an event at night seems pretty darn cool.

August 19/20th--Autocross Practice Days.

yah, so cal's freeways suck. a friend of mine had to have the entire windshield replaced on her 2005 lotus elise when it was only a few months old. (a truck apparently lost some flying tools & spare tire.) then, another one of my friends had to replace the entire windshield on his 2006 SLK only weeks after getting it also. (some construction materials- ie wood etc.- flying off someone's truck hit him.)

The next Monthly meeting for San Bernardino will be a MALIBU meet. this will be the last Malibu meet so we figured why not show some I.E. representation.

I am guessing we will be meeting someplace in Fontana/Rancho and Caravaning over to the Malibu meet. I would really like to get all of us to go as it will be the ONLY time we do Malibu run. Let's make this a good one!

Caravan meeting spot wil be posted as soon as we come up with a set place. of course it will be early, and should take a good part of the day. but come on, it will only happen once.
