2009 R3 immobilizer

I had the same problem except 10amp engine 2 fuse was blowing unless the air pump was disconnected; turned out to be the air pump relay (located below EPS noise reduction component in the PCM tray. Replaced that relay and all was well. The 15amp room fuse (driver's side cockpit/floor) must be good or immobilizer has no power.
