Mazdaedit / tpms USA vs Canada

Hi probably a dumb question. I am trying to import a non usa car into usa and have questions whether or not mazdaedit can enable or disable the tpms? Seeing that they are both series 2 cars and from the workshop manual are using the key-less antenna's to communicate to the wheel sensors. I'm hoping it's a simple flip of a bit to enable the feature looking for the sensors in the wheels. Any insight is appreciated, I've yet to mess with mazdaedit, however if this is something that is doable then I'll be purchasing 2 licenses just to modify both cars.. one to disable (track car) and one to enable because I need it for DOT standards.

Lol then why ask?? That’s ok... it was a far ask anyways.. has anyone ever heard of using the dealer to retrofit any missing modules to a non USA series 2 to enable the functionality?
