Looks good. I would suggest about a 10mm spacer for the front though.

Lol that isn't a staggered look. That is a sunken look. Staggered means thinner front wheel/tire as compared to the rear, nothing to do with offset afaik. It's yours though.

A while back when I was doing my road test, the tester told me if I had the front plate in the car, NOT ON THE DASH (decapitation hazard) it was legal. But don't do it if you're skeptical of this. I think you have to say that it was ripped off if or something (yeah it was ripped off! By me)if you get pulled over.

It's supposed to be illegal here in Texas too, my daily has one as I don't care, my 8 has never seen one except for maybe when I first got it and hadn't gotten it home yet I've done the front window thing or not at all and I don't think the cops care, I think it's more of a probable cause or let's add this to an existing offense (like when you get popped for speeding, officer is like.."I see you have no front plate...") more than anything. I've also heard different parts of the state are more hardcore about it due to toll road enforcement too though, so who knows.

Checking in from MA, 18x7.5 front and rear VS-XX in Extreme Gold finish. I got em in Osaka, it's hard to believe that my set is almost 14 yrs old! Need new tires, I was running Dunlop DZ101's last summer but they're pretty done. I've always been a Falken guy anyways.

Cheers

Thanks man, I definitely wish mine had a bit more of a lip but I'm fine with the sizing. I recieve a lot of praise, VS-XX's are pretty unique wheels (as I'm sure you know) and I don't know how it is north of the border but I've never seen anybody else in New England running em on anything, let alone an 8.

Oh and yeah, my set has a production date of Apr 14, 1997. I've only had them for two years but I got a great deal and had to pick them up and get them back to the States.

Did you get yours in TO? I'm looking to maybe get a set of Gnosis HS201 or HS202s.

The shop has a brochure with the version CR Kai....

I don't have any pictures because I am still waiting for them.

My car is dropped on Tanabe Springs... do you think I will rub the rear?
