My engine rebuild.
trying to get my mind on this.
Do you mean you have so much wobble that the E sensor is misreading and that is why the spark is not there?
You have so much wobble you can see it a cranking speeds?
That a lotta wobble.
Wonder if the plate got bent some way?
because you have proper clearances--right?

Yep clearances were good. I just got the bolt out now. its actually not as bad as I remembered bottom two threads are slightly mangled nothing major.
I have a good condition one coming in the mail hopefully by friday. Thanks to RR.
Everything seems fine.
If I pull the hub/pulley boss out that's when my stack falls correct?

just in case anyone is wondering the front woodriff key likes to come out with the pulley boss and when it does that things fall out of place....
yay time to pull the engine again.

How many mm from the end of the e-shaft to the face of the pulley boss.
Probably, not always.
Its pretty easy to do in place.
Just finish pulling of the front cover.

wow umm no hahaha.
The end play spacer did not fully seat. the front bearing was sideways on the spacer digging into it and the front counterweight. there are markings on the front counterweight and sadly I think I will need a new one since these markings could interfere with proper operation.

Today's my first day of actual desk jockey work since august of last year. I'll try and snap some photos for all of you its quite amazing. since I had free range of motion on the stack. I almost sealed it all back up but decided to remove the CW just to double check everything. The front bearing actually turned into a spring!
