I have been there and done that. Had an eBay exhaust for quite a while it was the 4caroption variant got it for like 200 dollars if that.
Sounded great and was cheap which made it even more satisfying, down side was the welds for the hangers were not great and it simply lacked 2 of the 4 hangers, so the hanger fell off, but it was only a 20 dollar fix at the local muffler shop.
I may be one of the few people here to tell you that if you don't have much money and really want a new exhaust, those ebay ones are not a bad option. Just don't sell your stock...

To add to that, I know a lot of people don't like a single, but the HKS hi-power is a great exhaust for someone on a budget, and honestly it looks pretty cool and sounds a lot better than any of these.

I decided to cheap out this past summer and bought an Ebay exhaust. The construction was great, welds looked good, so I thought I was ok. The big thing that gets neglected in these discussions is not the appearance, but the muffler internals. I did not take this into consideration and now am shopping for a new exhaust. I have basically destroyed the internals of one of the mufflers on the exhaust, and now it makes an embarrassing rattle every time I get on the throttle. Don't waste your money and your time; spend the extra $100-200 and get an exhaust designed to hold up against the extreme exhaust temps a Rotary puts out. I will be kicking myself for buying this for quite some time, dont make the same mistake.

after coming home from the grand-am race i noticed a similar rattle on my raceroots single.... ONLY when between idle and 1200rpm. im going to check it out tomorrow and im HOPING it is a loose something and a cheap easy fix...Really hoping it is the exhaust hanger, going to see if wrapping it does anything... From the drivers seat it almost sounds like its coming from the rear and the more i think about it, the more i think the exhaust is rattling against the diff cover.
