What are the differences between the AT and the MT?

WAIT WAIT WAITTTTTT before you guys start flaming about random stuff, read my post first

I'm asking mechanical, aside from the transmission, and the differently tuned ECU, what are some other differences in reference to mechanics of the AT 6port and the MTs, injector size? are the fuel rail different?,

I know the radiators for a fact is different.
anything else? I know you guys can probably guess where I'm going at here
Summary:
1. Differently tuned EMS
2. 3 pedals
3. Carbon fiber drive shaft
4. Radiator

You will spend more for an engine swap than you will lose just trading the car in.

MT's also have 3 pedals on the floor. I think your AT only has 2, but I don't know how you roll.

Yeah we are:
  • Number of oil coolers
  • number of pedals
  • Carbon Fiber drive shaft.

SEE, that's 3 things right there!

something else you will have to consider is the diff ratio .....

The only major complication with this is the ECU as far as I can see

from my understanding, because I did it once, the MT ecu will work on a 6 port AT, at least for the 1st 4 gears that I tried out........however, the car was highly unstable and will shut down after about 10 minutes of driving, lets not go there again before everyone come pwn my *** again

but as I said, I already have the ECU, differently ratio I completely forgotten, do we have different ratios?
