^Good point and its a very good possibility that is at least part of the problem. I just heard something about this problem the other day and thought it was interesting that I threw the ESS CEL a few days later.

tdiddy,

how did you route the coolant lines so the turbo doesn't melt them?

The mazsport top mount turbo kits never mention it in the parts list or any of the promotional material, but Scott changed the thermostat housing so the hoses face forward to avoid the turbo.

Actually I'm not. His fuel management, fuel pump, ignition coils, cooling fan mod, etc. Are all gone. What I have is some parts that he sold, but he didn't actually make. The piping was outsourced to other local shops, so afaik nothing in my car will be Mazsport built. I have a manifold and two pipes.

Will make the rest of the kit custom.... so thinking about mounting my turbo like tdiddy.

If you have a question, you should PM me. You're poluting tdiddy's thread with nonsense. As if Scott made the T67 turbo, or ceramic coated it.

Well, the lower radiator hose is the only one that comes close to anything in my setup. But it is custom and came with the kit. It curves up and over the downpipe. I heat wrapped it with some good DEI stuff but I don't think I will even need to do that when I get the pipes back from the ceramic shop.

I used a reducing 90 silicone hose from Pegasus to re-route the lower (larger) Air sep. tank hose back to the Mazsport air sep tank. I replaced the throttle body coolant lines and I use those for the wet housing. The only other hose was the upper air sep. tank hose and it got routed to the canister also. Now everything goes back towards the firewall instead of towards the radiator.

You probably want a pic tho because that is worth a thousand words. Just a min.

Ya know, I just have this strange feeling Tommy doesn't care what I do in this thread he hasn't posted in since July.

Yeah, that'd be awesome. It looks like if I can clear out that area, I'm golden.

Its ok, Kyle! I'm not worth anything anyway. He can sue for some of my debt if he wants it.

Just kidding!

Thanks. Almost looks like there's a ton of space in that last photo. Too bad there really isn't

I have about a month or so to think up what to do. So not in a rush.

There is just enough room for a 3" downpipe without touching the lower radiator hose and the motor mount.

I am going to be replacing most of that rats nest with braided line soon tho.
