I think you would want to upgrade at least to the Walbro 255 fuel pump as the oem is crap. For the injectors, wait to see what happens. These would depend on what kind HP you are looking to get.

yeah i do have a walbro pump from bhr on my list as things to get or possibly need. I really do not have goals at this point all i wanted was some more power and it to roll on smooth at a cruise without down shifting

Small ones should suffice imho ... there should be plenty of cool airflow under the car

My suggestion: Play it safe and do it right with the injectors and fuel pump. Get the walpro pump from BHR and send out all your injectors for service/flow matching. Have the p2's modified and you will have more then enough fuel. If you do the tunning with the stock pump and switch latter, you will find that the car will run rich during WOT because the walpro maintains the proper fuel pressure while the stock pump drops.

i lean out at 6k because of tune not because of small injectors
im running 2 red 290 oems 2 yellow 380 oems and 2 yellow KG parts 840ccs and a walbro 255 gpm pump
send out all your injectors get the 2 reds and 2 yellows flow matched then 2 with analus and increased ccs

sandwich will work just fine just get a single chamber like the racebeat one.
run small line to the turbo with a reducier. drain with a 1/2 inch to the scavange then 3/8s to 1/2 back to the pan.

i tried to do the self containing units with intercoolers/rads but theres no room in the back and to change the oil/coolant would be a pain.
and i like my trunk to be used for my two babyseats(when not in use) strollers and groceries lol

kinda mostly just wing it and have it work out. Im known for trying crazy new things first doing all the work to this car, the laying carbon fiber, now this kit. Somehow it all works out. but i will say this one has required a ton more reading and planning.

ok now for a question here is the plumbing i came up with using a synapse 50mm wastegate, the synapse c port delete bov, boost gauge, and greddy profec B spec 2. My question does everything look good and does the signal off the greddy fo before or after the throttle body.

Please excuse the newb question, but is it possible to mount the blow off valve underneath the car instead of under the hood?

What you have drawn looks fine but you don't show the signal line to the boost controller - is this the line you are talking about ? If so it depends on who you talk to .
I would take that line from just before the throttle plate for best control under part throttle .

yeah thats the line i was talking about for the boost controller signal to pre or post throttle body(not drawn)

The nipple i have the boost gauge and bov drawn to is the vfad nipple after the throttle body. before the throttle body i can tap into the nipple where the oil vent goes. either would be easy enough.

before throttle body it will see pressure all the time and i would think that is more beniffical. what would the advantages be post TB? i can never get a straight anwser that doesnt go against another.

"Some say " that post throttle body will give you a faster spool . I think it depends on the setup somewhat - it may well do that with a rear mount . The disadvantage is throttle control at part throttle .
Try it both ways and see what works best for you .

Wow this is a pretty impressive build. Very nicely done work. I think youll be very pleased with the Garret Gt35R turbo. I run that same turbo on my 13b rew powere FC Rx7 and get great spool up even tho im untuned. Looking at your Vmount setup im a little concerned on the air flow. Are you planning on running any ducting that will direct air flow into and through the intercooler? If not I belive you wont attain full benifit.

yeah I'm not sure exactly what I want to do or which would be best, but I plan to replace the undertray with aluminum and either scoop air in from the underside or let the air go in through the normal bumper hole and draw out after it pass through the intercooler.

It might be better to create a scoop that sits on top of your intercooler and directs it down throught the intercooler and out. But if you make it make sure that the sides of the scoop are closed so as to captcher all the air and force it through the intercooler. For an example of kinda what you should aim for take a look at my car pictures on my profile. Might help you some.

yeah the design is similar to mine i just figured the flow into the front bumper is enough and a scoop on the underside to pull it out past the tray. i do not want to leave the intercooler exposed to the underside as you did.

Actually my radiator is the one on the bottom and the back underside of it is covered with two electric fans and is quite safe from damage while the intercooler is setting at the the top with the two visable pipes running into it. I have some additional picture but I have to develop my camera film firts to post them.

In the other picture you can see how its boxed in on the sides and top and acts like a catchers mit forcing the air throw the rad and intercooler
