Ok well I just contacted my uncle who owns a body shop here in NYC and he's going to give me a space to work on my car. I'll have access to a lift and any tool imaginable. I will start a install thread with a **** load of pics of the process. OD''' I will def be calling you lol. I hope I could get the car in there next weekend. Fingers crossed! I'm just going to try to install it myself. Everyone is telling me its not as hard as I think. I have in the past installed my own Flywheel, clutch, diff, suspension, brakes... So i do have some experience. Just with nothing that can make my motor go BOOM.

you can gap the plugs yourself
I'm sure you are already but, you may want to focus some on cooling since it's one of the older kits
fan controller, WP, thermostat, 2nd radiator, etc
you can do all that after the install if you want though

if you get the cobb--you can control the fans with that. you just need to activate both at the same time and at 180--185F degrees.
You need the mazmart thermostat ( 180f one)
The app Moon mentioned is good for obd2 stuff--like ect, iat, maf readings, ltft, stft's etc.
You can also get an ultragauge thru an auto parts store for about $60--so that would be a constant monitoring tool. Check it out.
I wish they had this before i bought gauges.
The oil for the supercharger is important--I use redline shockproof stuff--one quart will last you a lifetime At least a 50 wgt oil is needed.
Your sparkplugs gaps need to be reduced to 28-30. If you have the ngk plugs beware that the grounding strap breaks very easily! Be gentle and careful. Some people dont run colder plugs---but I do. I run the densos 27's and 31's--their grounding straps are much stronger--but they are expensive.
Go ahead and put new radiator hoses on while you are at it. Dont bother with the small one that goes from the coolant bottle to the radiator nipple. The nipple is known to break off--just replace the 2 main ones. Go ahead and change your coolant while you are at it.
I had a friend that had a bad experience with one oil filter relocation kit. So dont just buy anyones. You will need a strong magnet for the oil system.
You will really need the oil bypass regulator from Mazmart--tell Paul OD sent ya--get $1 off--seriously. Use s2 oil filters only as they have a higher pressure by pass valve.
Why are you moving the battery? you dont have too.....
The water bottle for the a/w intercooler pump really needs to be mounted lower than the water level of the bottle. If you dont it can loose it's prime easily. It is not a self priming pump.
you will have to remove some wires from the engine harness to reroute them. Just take your time and it will be ok. Its a good time to upgrade some ignition coil wiring.
You do have the installation manual--dont you?
Get better one way valves--the small green ones that are oem are crap.
Much more--but I am tired of tiping and fijers are camping----.

I was looking at the torque obd2 wireless setup, its light years ahead of what I was working with. I wish I had it before I ever started messing around with my engine.

get MT-90 for the gear oil...or do you mean for the SC? I use the Lightweight from OD's recommendation...not sure what some of the others use

Could you guys give a recommendation for a 12 PSI upgrade(I'm offered a second hand Pettit kit from Pettit UK)? Could you categorize as "Must have" and "Additional", makes it easier for us with limited knowledge..
Must have:
- Larger pulley
- Larger injectors
- Larger fuel pump(Walbro)
- Upgraded Ignition(BHR)
Additional:
- Pettit rebuilt engine, ported.
- Sohn OMP adapter
As I do not have a shop who can do this, and not the experience to do this by my self, I'll go to England to get Pettit to install and tune, so that part should be well covered.

Lol--you are correct. It does have too many pages.
I would recommend that before you go to the higher output pulley you get the car solid with the low boost pulley. Once you get over 10psi of boost this engine becomes more fragile. but, if you insist of going with the higher output pulley--then your list is good and I would add these :
1- water.methanol injection system
2- replace the air water intercooler cooler with a larger one from frozen boost--see my pics on this.
3- you will need colder sparkplugs
4- you will need a better exhaust system--if you have to run a cat then get a high flow cat. But the exhaust system needs to be a true 3 inch all the way back.
5- on the tune have the oil metering pump output increased.
6- get the S2 model fuel pump
7-if your ambient temperatures get above 90 degrees and you drive in traffic at all--then you will need cooling help. At minimum the 180F thermostatnt, the mazmart water pump, and either by cobb or a separate controller have both fans activate at same time at 180F or so.
8- You will have to make your own true cold air intake--do this. It makes a big difference in the charge temps. Even with the a/w intercooler. Plus it helps the supercharger.
9- the SSV can be locked open--have your tuner plan for that. The ssv is a fail point that you do not want around during high boost.

I would think that a plug for the hole, or wiring the valve open would be better than a block off plate. Wouldn't the empty cavity cause turbulence etc?

thats what I have been a saying! Its runs better with the ssv locked open. The supercharger make the air delivery better than NA even when it is not in "boost"--so it cranks fine, etc etc.
