If you guys keep talking about big smelly fish I’m gonna have to call the wife and have her serve me a nice seafood paella when I get back to the bedroom.

Reading comprehension is not your thing is it? Apparently, spelling, grammar, punctuation and not breathing through your mouth are equally difficult.
Of course, I understand that you don't have any idea what you are talking about - let alone suggesting that you know what I am talking about.
But I'll offer you these for some bathroom reading (don't take your 15" VGA monitor in the bathroom with you!):

etc...

In some scenarios, 12.3:1 is actually too lean, BTW.
But you have to understand a whole bunch of big words and and scary numbers to have a discussion with the adults about the subject and I wouldn't want to distract you from the quality time you spend with your navel.

Uh, that is the secondary position.
The Primary 2 are the inside of that rail. They spray into the primary intake tracts. The injectors on the "ends" are the secondaries.

If you put what are essentially your "auxiliary" injectors in the secondary intake tract, they are unavailable for the first 3800 RPM at a minimum.
On a supercharged car which, purportedly, will achieve full boost at any RPM, not having your main auxiliary fuel delivery available until nearly half-way through the RPM band would be a bad thing.

Main auxiliaries... God bless us!

Actually, I beg to differ with part of that argument though. If the "fuel system" is adequate at 100% load at full RPM, then in theory it would be OK at 200% load at 1/2 RPM, within reason. But yes, the second 1/2 of the RPM band would be problematic though!

Cheers,
Hymee.

So THAT'S what I have been doing wrong this whole time. I even set up a table with an extension cord and everything!

Negative Ghost Rider. I placed the 440 injectors in the right position. I suggest you figure out why. I placed them at the ends of the fuel rail not because I know any better but because I get most of my advice from people that will not dare to chime in this circus style forum. People that have nothing to prove because their reputation and knowledge goes without saying. Basically, very humble, willing to help and most of all non-ego mongers wanna be like you. Also, before anyone out there (fanboyz) start flinging arrows, this is not about SC vs Turbo crap. In fact, I will be replacing my current R100 bridge ported 13B engine to a twin turbo 13B engine in the near future.

Jeff, the bottom line is that I have nothing to prove on this forum but to show people what works and what doesn’t by using and abusing my car while sharing facts (without blowing my engine). I don’t depend or need this forum to make a living. I’m already retired from one federal job and working on a second federal retirement. My real job is devoted to keep bad people from introducing explosives to commercial aircrafts, which is far more important than playing around with a car.

May I suggest bringing a second extension cord and join moon with his bathroom reading. Although be aware that moon likes to talk about big smelly fish.

If you (and quite a few other people on your side of the gymnasium) would be less concerned with my "ego" and more concerned with facts and genuinely understanding this stuff instead of just playing parrot, you would be less likely to fall victim to this sort of nonsense from your "awe-shucks" oracle.

Its your car - do what ever you like.
But don't pretend that you have great insight into any of the whys and hows of this stuff just because someone told you so.

Lol. Yes. Semantic gaffe. Made me chuckle as well. I'll leave it for posterity.

I'll state it again in as simple terms as I can so that other readers who are NOT concerned with my motives or attitude will have the correct information:

There are three paths for air to follow into the 6-port motor.
The primary, the secondary and the auxiliary.
There are fuel injectors mounted in the primary (the P and P2) and the secondary (S).
The primary air path is always open.
The secondaries are behind butterflies that only open after 3800 RPM at a minimum.
So, fuel provided by those secondary injectors is not available to the motor until after this point.

didn't we all agree along time ago to call it the Tertiary? why do we keep falling back to auxiliary.

And Jeff that trashing of Moon was completely unnecessary. Dial it back please.

Perpetually pumping this thread full of misinformation and outright lies is completely unnecessary.
These poor people have been misled enough already.

I totally agree with you. Mods, can you just ban him from the Pettit threads already? Things were so much nicer here while he was gone.

1) I've never been "gone" from this thread.
2) I guess things are nicer when you have your head in the sand.

At least here, I know you're at least trying to speak from experience... but if there's truth to it, then I'd still be on your ignore list, right?

What is this now, round 15?

There are three paths for air to follow into the 6-port motor.

No dufas, you forgot somthing, if its a 6 port you have 6 intake and 4 exhaust, on a 4 port you have 4 intake and 4 exhaust. You for got to multiply by 2 for 2 rotors 3 ports a rotor.

The primary, the secondary and the auxiliary.

are stages that feed each port times 2 again

There are fuel injectors mounted in the primary (the P and P2) and the secondary (S).

The primary air path is always open.

or you car wouldnt run!!!!!!!

The secondaries are behind butterflies that only open after 3800 RPM at a minimum.

Butterflies, look jeeniass, the only butterfly involved in the intake system is your throttle body, your talking about barrel and shutter valves, excuse the spelling.

So, fuel provided by those secondary injectors is not available to the motor until after this point.[/QUOTE] Or it would just puddle up at that point, it might make it into your combustion chamber but not as an atomized gas, are we done yet??????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????
How many ports can a single rotor renissis have???

He hasn't blown a motor because he hasn't tried to push it as far or as hard.
And, if you could actually comprehend what you are reading, you would know the difference.

Really, do you honestly have a hard time connecting the dots?
Do you think that everybody doesn't understand the idea that each rotor has its on copy of the ports?
Yes, there are two primary ports, each with two injectors and two secondary ports, each with one injector. And a "tertiary" or "auxiliary" port for each rotor that contains no injectors.
I didn't think that needed to be spelled out.
Did you really believe that I was asserting as well that the motor only had three injectors total?

No, I took you off.
I was, apparently, missing too much fun stuff, so I removed you from the list (of which you were the only member) at the suggestion of several other people on the board.

WTF is a single rotor Renesis? Why would you even bother?

Who the f*ck cares?

We are not even talking about the motor. All we are discussing is the intake manifold. What are you going to do, saw one in half?

it's times like this I (kind of) wish I had a Pettit Supercharger so I could have a legitimate reason for posting but I don't, so I will just ask that someone pass the popcorn.

Jeff, you haven't answered me. The answer is either: Boxers, briefs, au natural, or granny panties.
