Not really I have been driving my other car lately. But I am getting ready to book a flight to bring Kane up here September 10-11 to dyno tune it. So I am looking forward to it.

 

The one downside of remote tuning - timezones, and mechanical expierience.... everytime we got 90% done something came up - so we are saying F it - and we'll do the intake MAF change, street and dyno tuning and then just be done with it.

Plus I've never been to the NW.

 

We have to go and kidnap Faille for some drinks....

 

And Doc.... gonna be a fun little group. (Both Faille and Doc are in the Land Cruiser Video)

 

Too bad I don't live in Vancover. Oak Harbor, WA is really close to Vancover and Kane could have tuned two BNR turbo rx8's at the same time.

Althou I am not sure how long it will be before I get my rebuilt turbo back. Bryan is not able to contact his supplier for the past 6 business days to order the bearing housings required for the rebuilds.

 

That sucks man.... you can still come to hang!

 

i'm waiting on mine to come back too. i can't wait to get this in.

 

The turbo I have in my car right now is completely dead so I rented a car for a week because Bryan said it wouldint take long for the rebuild. Right now there is no end in sight so I bought a bus pass for the first time in 9 years.

 

ouch! i think i sent mine in a few days before you too. damn those makers of bearing housings. lol.

 

I am sorry guys. The only guy that calls the shots on selling parts was out on vacation for 2 weeks. And before that, I was on vacation with family for 10 days. I am taking a whole bunch of different parts and putting this turbo together. Hopefully I will have the parts coming tomorrow.

I really hate to ask but taking the bus is killing my spirit.

 

The parts are being delivered. I should have them in my hands monday or tuesday. I will start on them the day I get them. Sorry about the circumstances.

I got the parts in today. I broke my only reeming tool today machining one of the compressor wheels, so I went and picked up some duplicate tools across town. I'll have the CHRA's done tomorrow by lunch time. After that I should be able to do the port work and machine work to the compressor housings. So keep your fingers crossed, I should have them completed tomorrow. I will have 3 of them ready to ship at the latest Thursday. But maybe tomorrow! Hang in there and I'll get it done for you.
