I dunno... I never had any problems with them, but I suggest you air your laundry with them before hitting the forum. Scott has been really really cool about not telling the other side of the story when someone goes off on them like that. Just look at the Stick situation and you will see what I mean.

Sounds like you've tried to do things the right way first, with no luck.

Either way, this thread isn't a good place for this sort of thing. I suggest starting your own thread in the good-guy/bad-guy section of the forum if you feel inclined.

Good luck with the car.

I ask because I will soon be a vendor and not all matters of decorum are necessarily covered in writing. As such, I wonder what the consensus might be regarding this specific issue.

Just wondering and I'd appreciate your opinions.
But isn't that why they are a Paying vendor? So they can advertise throughout the forum?

Cause I don't really see a difference whether Scott had first opened this thread, or a customer who had the actual product. The main difference is a non-paying vendor cannot list prices...

I know that there is will be many who differ with my opinion but wtf: A vendor should be able to take his lumps with his accolades as in any printed forum. Carrying it to excess is something that seems to be the norm on this forum. The customer should be given his right to voice his displeasure and to inform others of a potential problem and the vendor has the right to make documented answers, any corrective action that has taken place and/or the vendors answer to the question. The place on this forum where the posting takes place should not have a real bearing but not to hijack someone else's thread is only courteous.

Watch the thread get back on-track once we are all very happy with our new coil sets.

As for vendor-rights; I am not yet sure what that will allow me. That's why I asked what the rest of you thought.
just cause "you asked for it" .
I think vendors should stick to their own forums to advertise stuff . Providing links to a relevant thread I would think acceptable but I would not like to see the forum turn into a mish mash of self promotion

There is no free speech here! This is a member's forum. There are no constitutional protections afforded.

probably not - but most of us look for "new posts" so all you would have to do is to keep bumping your thread if you want some attention

Yes I did. Same car, same dyno, same fuel but installed and tuned the Interceptor-X.
I will start a new thread to show the combined results.

I visit the vendor forum every time I'm on the site. There is a thread in the Mazsport vendor section thats almost identical to this one but nobody seems to post there. The way I see it, this was for the technical discussion regarding the ignition solution and the other thread was for sales and questions. I don't see much technical in this thread tho...

Almost everyone said Mazsport ignition solution is the best in compare with the Nology wires. I get that, but wht is it? Like product comparsion spec.

All I heard is the problem of Nology wires and ppl jump into the conclusion, Mazsport ignition is not even out yet, even when it is out the product have to run for a period of time in combination of the FI stuff.

I am not saying that Mazport stuff is not good, but has anyone test it under any circumstances yet?
