Yeah..Also what needs to be taken into consideration is the sealant on the threads the OP used..It has to compatible w/alky

dude....wtf? whys the outside plastic look so corroded and chewed up? that thing looks like it went through a garbage disposal...lol

I still say you have a poorly manufactured bad apple. There is no way boost pressure did that, it was pump pressure if anything.

I wouldn't put up to 250 PSI into a push-loc connector...or use plastic line either...

What ever happened to braided steel line and proper brass connectors??

Well the pump ships at 175psi and is adjustable up to 220psi if I remember correctly. I just left mine at 175. The hose is hard (you need to cut it with hedge trimmers practically) and is rated up to 300psi.

Uh, I was not real happy with it when it broke.
It looks worse now.
I had to dig it out of the bottom of the tool box for the picture.

Well as stated before and if you look at the pic I posted on the 1st pg they have since upgraded the nozzle and it is of quality build

Like mentioned before, Snow re-designed the nozzle. Call them & tell them whats up & they will send you their new design. When I last talked to Snow, they contacted their nozzle supplier & asked if they changed anything, when they said No, Snow dropped them & went a new route. Haven't had any problemds with their new nozzles.
