Heads up to boosted Snow Performance injection users:
The Snow plastic nozzle holders will burst under boost pressure.
I just lost my boost side Snow nozzle holder to pressure.

it sounds like hes talking about the 90 degree elbow that holds the injector and attaches to the hose. but i cant belive that snow would make such a shitty part. possibly its the little plastic peice or "quick release" clip on the elbow. but i cant see how that could blow out..

That elbow shouldn't see any boost.
It's a plastic 90-degree elbow that accepts the quick-connect high pressure hose and then the metal nozzle screw into the elbow on the other side.
It should see no boost when you're spaying.
Besides, the pump puts out over 175psi (up to 225psi) which is MUCH more than any turbo car would see in the manifold.
I think you either have a faulty install or bad apple.

Well, all of the commercial water/meth kits use a plastic piece as a terminator.
But its not shitty on the AEM or Devil's Own.
I suspect its not shitty on the Snow, either, but I don't have one in hand at the moment.
It is likely that the original poster has a combination of issues that have led to his predicament.

what do you mean by terminator? cause the only plastic peice on my cooling mist nozzles are the tiny plastic quick release clips ... the elbow is all metal

so far I have no mechanical issues with my Snow kit. It even included the tap for the nozzle!
The only issue is the controller not kicking in at the PSI level I set it at. I set it for 4psi and it wasn't swtiching on until nearly 8! So I kicked it down to 1 on the controller and now it turns on at 3.5psi.

yeah im surprised they would use a plastic nozzle holder...a metal elbow is such a cheap piece..i bet they could probably get them for the same price as plastic...its like identical to a plumbing piece except i think its nickel plated.

There is a plastic 90 degree elbow, the hose and all the fittings inside the 90 degree piece blew out.
Yeah, I can't believe it either, I am thinking of another brand of injection now, if I would not have seen it, or if I had been running straight methanol, or nitro
Wow, compare that to "The Devil's Own" nozzle holder.

Plastic 90 degree elbow wtf? , just purchased my unit and have it sitting @ the house, will check and confirm that plastic 90 degree elbow again, but last I checked there was no plastic and the whole piece was metal. Only thing plastic was of course the container and bulk heads

New nozzles
The nice thing about DO is the nozzle size is stamped into the side of the nozzle.

Wow, compare that to "The Devil's Own" nozzle holder.
Here's a better comparison of the snow nozzle holder...
and as you can see there's even a quick release type connection for the hose..quality stuff here
