How much extra Torque are you getting ? the stock car puts out 211 NM

I will let you know when I get the kit from UPS tomorrow. I'll look at the emanage unit and see if there is a USB port. If there is a USB port, I should be able to tune it with the emanage software.

 

I've never had a stock emanage, but if it's exactly like the CZ, there is a usb looking port, but the pins are slightly different, I once plugged my cz usb programming cable in backwards - it fit just right, but didn't function. So I'm pretty sure a regular usb cord wouldn't work.

 

if that's the case, I'll just get a usb cord from Canzoomer. Hopefuly the e-manage comes with a programming cord.

 

It won't come with the cable (it isn't a USB cble - it is propritary, though it looks like USB) because it won't have the support tool.

You will need those to extract the maps and do any tuning.

 

Thanks for the information! UPS delivers my kit tomorrow.. I'm excited.. don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight.. heh.. maybe I should start a RX-8 support group for those of us addicted to mods :p

Well, I gues it depends on the turbine side. If the A/R is big enough and the wheel is clipped it might not be so bad.
The compressor side looks like it is sized for pretty low boost, though.

Maniac, what sort of turbo system are you using? Did you run dynos?

was the blow off valve in the picture included in the kit or seperate... curiousy because its kinda liek out there... i would figure they would pack it with everything else...
