I've never had a stock emanage, but if it's exactly like the CZ, there is a usb looking port, but the pins are slightly different, I once plugged my cz usb programming cable in backwards - it fit just right, but didn't function. So I'm pretty sure a regular usb cord wouldn't work.

It won't come with the cable (it isn't a USB cble - it is propritary, though it looks like USB) because it won't have the support tool.
You will need those to extract the maps and do any tuning.

Well, I gues it depends on the turbine side. If the A/R is big enough and the wheel is clipped it might not be so bad.
The compressor side looks like it is sized for pretty low boost, though.
