All out stock block Renesis.
IIRC the racing teams are squeezing somewhere between 240-260(wheel or fly?) out of the motor. thats on a MoTec or Bosch... i doubt anyone will ever make anymore all stock. hell most wont ever get close to that. 220whp NA stock bloack is doing good.
260 is as good as it gets. thats on a standalone, light fly, pullies, custom exhaust, A/C delete, stock intake including paper filter, and some heat sheilding seperating the intake and the rad fan exhaust
imagine that + a GT35 making ~375whp in a sub 2000#... Diasio
EDIT: i was off quite a bit and they have improved since i last looked...

The D962R Turbo has all the features of the standard D962R, but adds a Garrett G35 Turbo, Tial 44mm external wastegate, intercooler, and larger primary injectors. The engine produces 435 bhp, and 235 lb-ft of torque at only 9 psi of boost. This means that the engine retains its reliability while producing 181 more horsepower than the standard Renesis D962R motor. The weight of the car is 1440 lbs.; that is a 3.4 lb/hp ratio- a truly awesome number!

He is quite occupied with making engines (one RX-7 pushing 700+hp and rally rotaries) thats why he don't have time to surf internet I guess.
