Turbo to engine fitted

Manuel, The exhaust manifold is already finished.

One step less!

Do you called the Barranquitas Mazda for the pump screws?

Let me know if they don't have them I can call Galdy probably he have a few ones.

I buyed the 3 flanges from Rivera Commercial, but CIB was closed, I'm goin to day
more early to buy the elbows.............

Estaba mirando el carro the Acosta Motorsport y ellos usaron el "Front Cover" de un FD. Yo he oido de usar ese porque el water pump y el oil pump del FD es mejor. Que tu recommiendas?

otra cosa, tuviste que hacer un "fuel return line"?

No estoy seguro que ECU usar. Me gusta la LTX-12. Si entiendo bien esta biene disenada para usar los ignition coils de ellos. Que me recomiendas?

Hola , Te recomiendo que uses La Microtech LTX-12s esta es practicamente es un "bolt on" para el 20B . Sobre la bomba de agua tienes que usar la FD y el HOusing de la bomba tambiem y el "water pump Pulley". El retorno hay que modificarlo tambiem cuando llegue a este paso posteare las fotos de este. El "oil pan" puedes usar el mismo del 20b lo unico que este sobresala hacia abajo alrrededor de 1 3/8" . Actualmente yo uso el de fabrica. y estoy fabricando uno en aluminio. en la microtech te puedo enviar copia del programa que usa el mio actualmente asi no tienes la necesidad de mucho tiempo en el "tuning". Obserba la foto del RX8 de manuel obserbara la bomba del FD instalada en el 20b.

Intercooler

Manuel

I'll needs the Aluminum elbows and silicone 2 1/2" elbow to fit the pipes. here's pic of the intercooler and waste gate installed.

El "front cover usa el del 20b lo necesita para la senal "trigger" de la microtech. el "oil pump" usa el del 20b es mucho mejor y mas volumen y pression de aceite y para el uso diario. estas es la foto de lo que necesitas para instalar el 20b.

Tomorrow I'm goin to visit "Waldy" the guy from Camuy to see if he have
the piece that we need to make the base for the oil filter.

Just out of curiosity, have you though about making a N/A 20B with "Peri" Port and individuals TB's for the 8?

I already ordered all the silicone hoses I'm goin to receive them tomorrow
thru Fed Ex............................

Guys , after everything is finished I'm goin to polish the intake manifold and do other cosmetic changes........................

Robert whants to start the engine before finish...............
he says that whants to start the engine because that gives him more courage to finish it!

Robert is working on this,
A owner of and STI that lost in the past against his RX8 maked some changes to the STI and whants to race again..............Robert tell him that he is finishing a red RX8 and he can put on the line the red one or the grey one.....
No matter the color the STI is goin to lose......
