You got yourself quite the build goin on too Ngo! Only 35 days left...

It's funny that you mention it ShellDude, I'm making it a point to actually share as much info, expecially photos, of the build as possible. When I first started there wasn't much to go by as reference, for obvious reasons. So hopefully this build will be of some help to next guy who wants to build someting like this.

Did ID Injectors fit on to the obx fuel rail with any problems at all. Or did they just snap into place

The P2/secondaries just have to be turned inwards so that the plug will snap in, you "might" need to extend the plug wiring.
For the primaries I couldn't use the stock rubber that goes into the actual hole in the engine because it made the injectors stick up too high, so I tested a few different size o-rings until they fit and sealed just right. You also have to trim a little plastic tab off the primaries, really easy. Also, the primaries have a different plug type so you have to either splice into your stock wires or cut and replace the stock wire/plug with the new wire/plug, which is what I did.

Should be starting it up...again...sometime today.
Next week is finally dyno time if I get my new Adaptronic Select ECU in...

The fitment problem was one issue, there was also an unusual 5/8-18 thread size that didn't have fittings as readily available. I don't know for sure that the KG unit is in fact better, it's just my opinion that the OBX was a pita.

*Update*

The previous compression test results were way off due to incorrect calibration of the software. (my bad)
Here are the updated results:

Conditions:
-Ambient temp: 65 F
-Cranking RPM: 250RPM
-Engine Temp ~180 to 185 F
-Side seals hand clearanced to .004"
-Rotor Housings only 5K miles from factory refurb. motor

Front Rotor(psi):
128.64, 119.78, 119.30

Rear Rotor(psi):
135.19, 126.88, 123.67

I was able to reproduce these numbers to within 2-4psi each time I performed the test.

Btw - The mod above didn't work out very well, the throttle would only open 25%.

But this worked...and very well I might add:

Billet Aluminum Gas Pedal (adjustable)
