I think he was referring more to the look than the actual cost/value of the work or parts. While it's not my style I think everyone is entitled to their individuality.

My Brother and Grandfather both died of cancer(before 30), while I get the general idea of what you are saying, this is a somewhat less severe problem...
Also I grew up in DeLand. Boom.

It's kind of hard to see, but the vents on the hood are plasti-dipped...
I guess that counts...

I dipped my car because all of my funds are going towards my two month trip around Asia... Which I am currently on.
Do something with your lives. It's not like dip is permanent.

$4000 and you get one of the worst fitments on the forum. You win.

No one said having money makes you smart. He could invest in a good vinyl wrap that would actually last more that a week or two.

Plastidip looks like the painter just sucks and laid down a ton of orange peel.

So how many of you have actually had success removing plastidipp from all the nooks and crannies? Door jambs, panel gaps, etc etc. Also how much time and money have you spend doing so.

Your pretty sure, I am sure. I've seen it in person. It doesn't last worth a **** and it looks like it to boot.

Shady said it best, looks like bedliner.
