To each, their own...whether you like it or not, it's their choice to plasti-dipped, it's their car. Not to offend anyone...just sayin'

You officially degraded your car and ruined any value in it.

The up close shot of plasti-dip looks like an unprofessional Macco orange peel paint job.

The entire thing just screams "I'm 16 and I can 'paint' things".

nothing wrong with using clear plasti dip for a clear bra for the winter

Interesting idea I guess. I've seen the clear 3m vinyl and it fades rapidly and changes the color of the car.
Got any up close pics?

Everything so far I've seen looks very textured.

It is supposed to be textured. Most of the stuff they offer is matte. That is the appeal for the most part.

Still not sure how I feel about it. I'd like to see how it looks after your road trip and if it protected well.
If it holds up well and doesn't run the clear coat then this still actually has a good use!

Your kit looks sick from the front, just a bit long looking from the side.

I plastidipped my stock wheels a couple years ago and it turned out like ****. I peeled it off and re-plastidipped them and it looked like ****. Plastidip looks like ****.

I guess it's subjective. If you're a perfectionist it's always going to look terrible. If you aren't the type to focus on details then it probably looks amazing.

I have seen some plastidip jobs I like though I prefer it for protecting wheels and paint in the winter. Not bad to see how some colors look before taking the plunge also. The black with a light coat of metalizer looks sick on wheels btw.

Well men usually don't mature. We just grow larger.

Why? Do you have need a cane to walk or something? Is the cane plasti-dipped?
