RX8 hand held Flash tuner?

Make two units, when that is cheaper and non-programmable, because the last thing I want it to pay extra $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ just so I can tinker with something I know nothing about.
Please make a cheap one that just allows me to flash your preprogrammed flash and more importantly flash back to normal if neccessary.

When alternatively, for some small additional sum, $100, or $200, or whatever you could have a tool that allows you to do that (buy preloaded tunes) plus any number of additional flashes to any additional items in the ECU, for evermore on into the future to tune the car as you like it?
Even if you know nuthin now, you could soak up some knowledge along the way... I mean learning is fun, isn't it? I always want to know more.

for price a you get the flash tuner with a map or 2 included. with pckage b at extra cost youd still get teh oen unit but also software to allow you to make your own map. package c would be for a vendor- lots of units to load your own map into( and the software to make that map) to include in your FI kit

As I stated, my idle is 850 and increasing it to 1k uses less fuel because it runs leaner (and smoother) there.

One showed up but the second did not. The one that showed up worked out awesome (very nice guy). We were able to do our testing for about 4-6 hours (not sure, it was a pretty hectic day...lots of other stuff going on at the same time). We learned more than we expected and we're feeling confident that this project can actually become a reality. It may be another week until we're ready for further testing.

i would also like a device that would allow me to lazily re-program my ecu. push a button and BAM! more power!
i DO know my limitations and tuning ecu's is not in my range!
$400-500 would be great for something of this nature!
