I suppose my recent aggravation over the education level displayed on this board boiled up too much steam into my eyes
I'm not trying to be the spelling/grammar cop, but jesus this is one of the worst boards I surf in this regard, kind of scary to think it's somehow linked with RX-8 ownership

Now thats a few posts in a short time. I just now saw this thread.
I have seen it before though. It sounds just like the one I started on the S2000 forum for my shifter. I asked for feedback on what they wanted. All most said was that the S2000 was the best shifter in the world just ask the magazines. No need for my product it can't possably help something so perfect already.
There were so many sceptics that I finaly said OK I give in, I'll not make it for you.
Then I just went about building it anyway. That stopped the negative feedback. I must admit there were some who did encourage and offer help.
Bottom line is that the first batch sold out in two weeks!
Next, let me add my .02, as a supercharger builder who is developing a kit for this car I am super interested. There are several people working on this sort of device and I for one will be in need very soon. I can't give any comments since I have a finite knowlege of these things. This makes me open to anything based only on results.
I know MazdaManiac and will second that he should be encouraged as a friend and source of information. I don't know where he gets all that inside knowlege from but he is the real thing. He doesn't pay me to say that either.
If I can help I'm always willing.
Richard
BTW, before you comment on my spelling remember I'm a stunning woman with large breasts, long hair and a tiny waist.

Got the piece for the shifter, BTW. Thanks!
I'll stuff it in there on Friday if I ever make it out of DC alive tomorrow.

We've also spent some time with the Mazda 6 during the past couple weeks and it's completely different than the RX-8.
At this time, I do not want to predict a release date (that usually gets one in trouble). What I will say is that we are going to do this project and it will be done before Summer ...
