Is there anyway we can make it look like a calendar, I know that is porbably harder, but just a thought.

 

Yea, we can probably do that, maybe have a link to a separate calendar section that you can flip through the months. That would give a visual layout and kddp the abbreviated version on the front. Did you try out the event links?

Just moved to Athens, Georgia. Looking for a club to join. Could someone fill me in on particulars of the Ga. club? How far out of Athens do you guys meet?

We meet in the ATl area usually, but Athens is not that far away. You should come to RoadAtlanta this weekend.

Good to have yet another group member.

As for the club, it is very informal, just a bunch of rotor heads. We schedule events here in the SE forum, and silverEIGHT has set up www.garx8club.com and it is a work in progress. Look forward to meeting you.

I assure you that you are in with a VERY active group. The next event is this weekend not far from you in Braselton... the Petit Le Mans. We will be getting together for the main event on Saturday. This is a MUST attend event! Must support our rotary P2 car.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend this weekend. I'm in NJ right now for a funeral. Won't be back until Monday of next week. So hopfuly I'll be able to get rolling on the next event with you guys

And yeah.. I've done a little tweaking to my 8. Was one of the first to have a turbo. Well, between me and Jeff (Mazdamaniac) we had our turbo's on within 2 or 3 days of each other.

 

Hey man, You and I are going to have to get together one day for sure. Another turbo'd 8 that's great! Plus you've played with it a little. You're going to have to be there to help me tune this thing I tryed to get Jeff to come down here for a weekend to help me with my problems lol. Well man hope to see you at some of the events. Not sure but I'm probaly going to have to sit this one out. I dont think I'd do good at all since my clutch is going out. I'm getting it replaced very soon though. When's the next one?

Hey guys, today was fun, but honestly Ihave never had a really good day in that lot. My codriver did though and put in a first place finish in my car... looks like he may get a irst place trophy this year.

I did see a grey RX8 doing pretty well out there today but I did not know the guy...

Just FYI, there is a race next weekend too and I'll be there. Glad to help out anyone who wants a ride along or whatever.

I ran across this thread the other day and thought it would be a good read. I had no clue that the RX8 KICKED *** at the National Solo I Finals (B Class) this year. They took the top 9 of 10 spots. That's huge when you see they beat out 350Z, S2000, Porsche 968, BMW M3, MR2, BMW Z3 and who know's what else! The only way I found this was someone posted it in the "Discussion" forum. It was later moved to the "Competition" forum. Any way, I didn't want to start another thread that would get moved so I'll just give you a link here:

trhoads, since you twisted my arm and forced me to AutoX Sunday, I figured I needed to do the same to someone else so I talked a guy from work into signing up. He's driving his 350z and his son will bring his Integra. We will all be in the N1 Group. I think WhiteTop will be coming as well but I think only as a spectator.
