This is an official request for a GA RX8Club Photo session! Lets get a group shot with as many of us as possible to go on our new website home page. Let's make it a lunch or dinner thing on the weekend and at an area we can get all the cars together. Lets do it before it starts getting cold and ugly outside. I hereby table this for discussion! We need a place and date.

For me to be able to make it, it needs to be in October, as if we dont' have enough going on in October already. I am out as of the 31st, for an indefinate amount of time. The last weekend would be good, I am autocrossing on the 30th, but that Saturday the 29th could work.

 

That may be good for me also... Saturday October 29th

 

then lets say:

Saturday October 29th, we will all meet up somewhere, mid day, to have lunch, a couple brews, and get a good group photo.

We need a place with a good size parking lot, that will not be full.

 

That can be arranged, I've done it before! I hope this doesn't become the precident. I can see it now 32 people with strange bodies with non matching heads... Actually that could be kinda fun. Anyone requesting this is at my mercy and it might not be flattering! :D

 

i hope we can get this to work out. We need to get another big group together.

All of the cars PS'ed in would be funny though.

I vote for noon, that is enough time to sleep off the hangover from Friday night, early enough to maybe beat a little of the crowd, and early enough to leave time to work on Sunday morning's hangover. :D

starkey, No... it's a family place but they do sell beer. Plenty of kids there that can drive the wheels off the karts.

Dang! May be we should call ahead and see if we need reservations. This is going to turnout to be a pretty big group! I think it's AWESOME!

 

We all need to try and be there right at noon. I talked to Pam this weekend, and she says she will be there, but has to leave soon after, since she has to be at work at 1:30.

So we need to do the picture taking part first, then we can go race the go-karts. :D
