^Look into the mounting. One of the advantages (for me) of an aftermarket seat was a lower seating position. Of course, this does depend on your height, but at 6', I was glad to drop down a few inches (from my non-power OEM seats) with the Bride solution. The brackets on those seat look pretty typical, and I'm going to guess that they may actually result in a higher seating position, not lower. The vendor should know, and if they don't, I'd look elsewhere.
Of course, you have to think about fit as well.

The problem with the midpipe has nothing to do with installing it, it's with getting it created in the first place. I'm really torn on whether or not to wait for BHR's cat'ed pipe... I think if they don't make an announcement with an ETA by the middle of next month, I'm going to go buy the components and pay Brad to fab it up.

BHR is planning on using the Davesport cat and like I said, if they don't make an announcement soon I'll go that route (though more likely the straight 3" pipe Rx7store sells + Davesport + vibrant resonator off amazon).

If you make your own midpipe, put the resonator before the cat, like I did. It (probably) extends the cat life, and it also cuts down on interior noise when the windows are up. I know it sounds odd, but my Davesport + Racing Beat resonator setup I showed earlier in this thread is quieter than the OEM setup with the windows up, although it's louder with the windows down (and for anybody who happens to be in the vicinity, LOL).

That's what I thought. If "cat location" is interpreted as the actual cat within the pipe, then I'm fine. And, if it is interpreted as the complete pipe, then I am obviously OK.
In terms of locating your resonator in the OEM location, note that I could not fit the "medium" RB resonator there; hence one of the reasons we went with the arrangement above. Not sure how the dimensions of your unit comapre to the RB unit; you might look at their web page and find out.

Nice TopGear! what's your rim width?
I have a set of kumho Ecsta XS 245/40/18s on stock rims and in the wet they are like driving on ice, so I'm looking forward to seeing how the Star specs work out for you..
I'm waiting for the new Enkei PF1s to come out

These things are Wide! The pictures are not that great(taken with my Droid) But in person the Star Specs are wider than the NT05's.
