He doesn't sound the least bit mature. His first post he brags about being young, challenging anyone to "beat that". He wishes there were no police so he can "beat your ***". I can just see it now. "I'm younger that you are!" "My red is nicer than your red!" "I can drive faster than you can!"

Kids like that bring up my insurance rates. Hey that's JMHO. Enjoy the car.

I agree with topgun. i've seen so many ppl in their teens with much much more expensive cars than the 8. so what?
all the bad reaction is because ppl get jealous. every person in the world would like to be in their position. when i was at his age all i could use to get around was the bus or the train.

However, youngsters should keep in mind one thing: you don't have the experience, so just consider yourselves 'lucky bas***ds' and drive safely... Its so common nowadays seeing young people completely destroying new cars!

I consider a post like you started to be bragging and boastful. Finding out the youngest owner of a really nice car? I mean common, were you looking to get a cheap high if you were indeed the youngest. If I started a post saying that I was a millionaire at the age of 13 do you think anyone would really have anything to add to that, they would naturally hate me for posting something like that. I was hoping this thread got closed immediately for having no point whatsoever. Hey, let's start a post that shows how spoiled I am, that's a great idea. Us "28" year olds really don't care that you're spoiled. I'm sure you'll be driving that car to high shcool, and then to the pre-paid collage of your choice. I'm a hillbilly and I don't like your type. You'll have to deal with that ecafkcuf!

My bicycle was my only means of transportation at his age and I drove a $100 beater when I was 20. Sure as a college student I was a little envious of all the rich kid's BMWs/Audis on campus but I had no ill-will towards them because that's life; some have more money than others. I suspect that everyone reading this is luckier than most (I know I am), so be thankful for what you have and stop being judgmental towards this guy.

Anyway, congrats on your car and don't let a few jerks ruin the experience!

On a related note, my 2-year old loves riding in my car and I have a second child on the way... so I bet my RX-8 will hold the record for youngest passenger :D

Outlaws eXtreme and Jailbreak'74. Congrats. You both have warnings for being so completely nasty to someone for no reason, even after being warned. Next time a mod see this crap from either one of you, you get a three-day ban. I don't know what is up with you guys, and why you have such a chip on your shoulder because a kid got a car, but you seriously need to grow up. This abusing of newbies is not going to be tolerated any more. That goes for everyone. If you can't play nice, you're not playing on here at all.
