Cleaned the eccentric shaft position sensor. It didn't do much but I felt accomplished anyway, that thing was nasty!

I did something I haven't done in a long, long time and that's really detail my 8. Usually I just wash and vacuum it, along with an occasional wax job. Well, we bought a new car several months ago and after driving it quite a bit I'm going wow, my 8 needs to be detailed!

So, I spent the better part of this morning cleaning the heck out of it plus doing some Amor All, etc. Now it looks darned close to new!

I installed the BHR ignition after getting CEL P0301 front rotor misfire. I figured there was a 99% chance it was the coils and it was. I was planning on doing it anyway. The misfire pushed me to get off my *** and do it.

Nah, I live in the middle of nowhere and was not about to let my 8 sit for 4 months.. Insurance is high for young males because they get in accidents more often, I'm a safe driver - taking my car for a cruise every now and then while I wait for my license back is does not make me an idiot.

Changed my exhaust again this morning and finally found a combo i can live with. Modded high flow TXS catted mid pipe with baffled resonator and OE cat back. Butt dyno says it's a bit more responsive and the tone is just a tad bit deeper. Will update exhaust again at some point when the Petit S/C is available for the S2.

To the rest of us:
- You drink alcohol when you aren't supposed to (makes us wonder if that includes driving and driving... later once you are "allowed to" if not already)
- You admit to driving on a suspended license (which also makes you effectively an UNINSURED driver)

...and we do not see a SAFE driver at all. We see an idiot.

Hopefully, at some point, you will too.

^Agreed!

I hope you realize how irresponsible that was and I hope you don't carry that on for too long.

Went to Hamilton Mazda in Nj and got an oil change. There were 4 other RX8 parked in the service area.
