  • Pulled air pump and installed RB plate on my GReddy exhaust manifold
  • Fashioned (actually Yordan did the fashioning) a custom bracket for my fuel relay and baro
  • Pulled SSV (was getting a code) and cleaned the crap out of it and the LIM (Yordan again) no more code!
  • Adjusted my Powertrix coilovers for even height across all wheels

Just wait till tomorrow (it's actually a couple weeks out)
  • Install uncapped secondaries
  • Replace AP with Adaptronic for EMS
  • Increase boost a smidge... aiming for 9-10 vs 6-7 psi

Speedracer those are some nice wheels! Look great on the TG... now all you need are some clear corners !!!

How did coolant end up in your oil?

Went Auto-crossing on an abrasive surface and sacrificed about 2500 miles of front tire tread on the alter of horrendous understeer

Drove car for 1st time in a month. Was laid up in hospital for collapsed lung, then not allowed to drive for 3 weeks in case I collapsed behind the wheel. Being driven to college everyday sucked big time. Felt like I was 15 again, being driven around in a pimp-tastic minivan.

Let car idle for a bit then reacquainted myself with some of the local back roads. Clutch was "heavy" for a few shifts and then everything fell back into place. Was a great feeling to drive the 8 again.

Friday I fitted two brand new Hankook RS3's.

Yesterday I did a full alignment on all 4 wheels.

Today I adjusted the front sway bar as the endlinks we rubbing on my coilovers then removed some of the foam from the bottom of my seat to give me more headroom when wearing a helmet.

I am looking forward to racing her next weekend and see if she runs any better.

Yeah, that was where me and my guys from Columbus went to this weekend. We don't usually AutoX there regularly. It was definitely slippery.

Did my 10th oil change and rotated the Conti DWS tires. Brakes are about 50% at 50,000 miles... Totally uneventful, as usual.

I hope the next 50,000 is as flawless and uneventful as the first. Gawd, I love this car...

Well this happened yesterday..

Met up with two of my friends at a local Denny's and headed to Ortega Highway to do a little canyon cruising & filming. Had just picked up a GoPro Hero 2 the day before and I wanted to test it out.

Check out my YouTube channel for the footage. Link in my signature.

Got home from school, grabbed my keys and went for an illegal cruise up on the mountains by my house. I get my license back tomorrow and will no longer have to sneak cruise sessions on back roads to not get caught

Why did your license get revoked/suspended?
