Replaced my coolant bottle and in the process I swapped out the overflow hose with a longer one from a RX7 to reroute it.

No more low coolant light!

 

In GA at least...where all my tickets have been, the prosecutor's offer a "deal" or two and you pick which pill you want...I've always gone for the 50% off sale myself lol. Sometimes you get a two for one deal like, 50% off and a reduction in speed.

Went for a drive in tunnels and rural roads with my new exhaust. Mazdaspeed dual canister with the AP midpipe. Took some videos but the sound is terrible with the wind.

It is sooo loud it is deafening! People were staring at me like im a crazy person. Well yes I am sir thank you very much!

and put RX-8 3rd Brake light mask on.

 

Picked up a Greddy SE exhaust and installed it. Love it.

 

went on the track and raced against friend's bmw 335 twinturbo (we are both very inexperienced on track). Rx8 won, bmw dash lights went on after every 2-3 circles, and he had to stop for the engine to cool down, says he goes to repairs every month ;-) . I had to add a little oil. Love it!

Drove 4 miles to work and was forced to ride in the b/fs new BOSS 302 at lunch time instead of taking my rx-8

 

Drove it to work today and signed up for the October 14th track day @ Blackhawk Farms Raceway in South Beloit IL.

Replaced fog light bulb (water keeps getting into it) Installed wiper grill under the hood. And drove the 8 to see a early showing of Taken 2 with Wify.

The 19s() make your stock brakes look small, time for a BBK? Over all, it looks like it came from a Mazda catalog/brochure you see on the coffee table in the dealer BTW, use a file recovery program to retrieve the corrupted files you lost from your SD card.

Well today I installed 8000K HID's for the low beams and installed a blackbox front/rear camera for the car, you never know it could come in handy

 

Got new all new coils and spark plugs! for just 60 bucks!!

Yeah I have cross drilled rotors but I want a BBK bad. It's on my short list of things to get. I know I won't benefit much from them but it will help at shows

She looks pretty awesome for being over 8 years old. She has never had any body work done other than replacing the front bumper with the shaved emblem one. I tried recovering the files, they are just gone. I don't have a clue what happened but I'm always down for another shoot

 

What (program, if you have one,) did you use to recover the files? I have a simple Windows-OS program called: Stellar "Phoenix Photo Recovery 5". Purchased it for $45, 8 months ago and it's been very handy. I have about 80 - 90% successful recovery even if the SD card have been formatted numerous times. It's the only product I've tried, there may be other available out online.

 

I also keep getting the warning red coolant light..did you buy the coolant reservoir from mazda or from the junker? im planning on buying these carbon fiber gtc mirrors you think they will look good on the rx8?
