lol, she tried gettin out of the first 1700 by telling the judge that it was only 1000 and it was a gift. she is a fkin fool. its not her alone tho that did this. i know the other kid who was with her and i will go after both of them if i have to.

 

I would let your insurance company deal with it....that way it isn't as likely to get a personal response......you don't need to be directly involved unless the Ins co decides to prosecute her for the money

 

Hold the criminal charges over her. If she doesn't pay, you will charge her with the crime. And, she will have to pay anyway. If she does pay, you will drop the charges.

 

i'd say forget the money and just charge her regardless.
