SO my car just got keyed today i am looking for a good paint shop in the cities anybody recommend one, to paint a while car?

If you're referring to the top of the page, that was cars and coffee. Its an all car meet near the cities on the first saturday of every month. I just went for the first time this past Meet, it was a lot of fun and if I'm ever in the cities the first Saturday again I might just show up again.

Does anyone know if there is a law in Minnesota against the color of side-marker lights? Some googling says it varies by state. My 8 came with the amber side lights but i'd love to replace with clear like at the link below. Figured someone here has done it and knows whether its legal or not. Thanks.

As long as you have amber bulbs in the clear corners you will be fine... now if you go and put white bulbs or various colors you'll have a problem.

 

i believe its against the law in minnesota because the corners have to reflect amber but i havent been pulled over yet for it knock on wood.... As long as you put amber light it should be fine.

What tint level do people have installed? I know that the state law is 50% but I've heard that most of the time 35% can't be distinguished? Any input would be appreciated.

 

I have two good friends that got tickets for tint more than 50%. Its kind of a crap shoot, but it is likely to happen with every city looking for revenue.
