Anyone in the twin cities area good at welding? I need a bracket made for one of my Corbeau seat brackets. I'll provide cash or beer for anyone that can help. I need this done before April 30th. I'm available after 5pm during the week, but I'll be out of town visiting family this weekend for Easter. Here are a few pics of the factory mount, the Corbeau bracket, and a drawing I put together of what I need.

Also, if you have any 3/16 or 1/4" steel that would make it a lot easier. Otherwise I'm sure there's a local supplier that I could pick some up from.

 

First Gear ( http://firstgeargarage.com/index.php?action=about ) gave me a great deal on front rotors - they have a few sets for RX-8s at this price - here is what they said:

I spoke to Frozen Rotors and they have a pair of Powerslot Cryo Treated Rotors for your car that they are trying to manage inventory on. I could get those for $123.50/each. That is an exceptional. Some people have not been happy with PowerSlot rotor quality since they were bought by Centric. But Frozen Rotors tells me these are "old" production PowerSlot...in other words the best quality.

This is just a bit above OEM for this car.

 

I plan on being there as well.

 

I can weld it for you. You can go to discount steel for cheap steel..

 

A local autox guy was able to build a mount and weld it up last night. Thanks for the offer though.

edit: btw i was at MOA this weekend and they had a bunch of cars in the best buy dome, the lotus evora in the center was hawt!

I know its late notice, but is anyone going to the Fast5 premiere at southdale? They are having a car show tonight at 10 and then movie is at 12. I'll be there in my titanium grey 8.

I was wondery if any body knows a shop that does fender rolling...be putting 275/30/19 on the rear with eibach springs.

 

the G35,G37,350z etc. are going to the car and coffee this weekend then head off to the ikea parking lot around 12. We should go have a nice meet there. However, it looks like rain.
