Yeah, in my dreams! As of now it looks like I am stuck here another 3 1/2 weeks. That will put me just over 5 months on board.

OK, I'm down for the rotary park meet, but I'm not sure about meeting you guys at the Hustler store though, might be a tad awkward,lol. I don't want any angry wives/ girlfriends getting the wrong impression.

 

Ha, I picked Hustler just to make my wife uncomfortable. I kid. I picked it because it's easy to find and and I can't remember any of the other business there other than traders world.

 

I think I'm in to go. How long is everyone planning on staying up there? I have to drive back up to Columbus tomorrow so I might break off earlier than everyone else.

 

I'll probably only stay a couple of hours tops. I promised to take the wife out to dinner, so I don't want to stay up there too long

The ABS is just a stop light switch. So it's not a problem with the ABS system itself. I just have to order the part and replace it. So I'll see you all there.

 

My camera was having some autofocus issues today for whatever reason. (an excuse to get a new lens or two perhaps?)
I did get a few that i'm not embarrassed to post. I tried getting pics of everyone's ride, but the more i took, the worse the camera got. I'll see if I can salvage more later.

 

Glad some of the pics still turned out prettty nice.

 

I'm crying looking at the first gen 7s. I really need to get busy on mine.

The wife's driver side visor broke so had to buy her a new one. It will be the first thing off the pile of parts to be installed when I get home. No, I don't know when that will be. My relief is on board but it is a different guy from who it was supposed to be, hence my staying longer. If all goes well I'll be off the last week of the month.

 

^^ My driver's side visor was broken when I got the car, lol. Must be a pretty common problem.

Ryan and I had a great time at the meet on Sunday. It was good to finally match some faces to names. We should do it again sometime.

There are some great roads near my house (if anyone has ever been to Rabbit Hash you will know what I am talking about). I won't promise anything but sometime while I'm home (if I ever make it back!) we could meet up at my place and cruise around the countryside.

 

Tacti, The east side of 275 has some great roads. I've only barely scratched the surface of them. Check out this link for some fun road trip ideas around the cincy area if you ever just want to get out for a drive with the wife

Chief, Rabbit Hash does have some great roads. I've cycled a lot of them, but never driven them. It would make for a nice change.

 

i was looking at the google map, and was thinking of the same thing.
starting somewhere around Jeffersonville Outlet and go down to the east of cincinnati to KY, and take the back road all way around cincinnati back to Oxford.

the problem is if we start from Outlet Mall, I'm sure my wife won't let us leave till their closing time...

You could just leave your wife at the outlet mall, go for a drive and swing back later to pick her up. Checking account might be hurting though

Yeah, every time we have to go past there, my wife asks if we can stop on the way home. So far I've managed to dodge that bullet. I know my luck will run out sooner or later

 

Introduce them to my wife. The woman knows how to shop smart, without a doubt. She gets stylish things without breaking the bank. Good taste too, after all she drives an 8!
