What time do people normally show up at Fuel? I have my AP exhaust coming tomorrow and will be instaling it on Saturday.

I was planning on being there at 10, but my wife informed me of our Saturday schedule today so I will have to be there earlier (around 9) if I make it at all. Based on what she told me I might take a bye this week.

I'll finally be there this weekend. I usually get there around 10, but I'll try to get there earlier for a shot at meeting chief finally. People are usually there until noon, so you don't have to feel like you need to be there super early Redsun

Just on the off chance, anyone have the actual Mazda factory fuel pump removal tool? This thing is kicking my ***.

I'm flattered, hope I don't disappoint! I will probably be there around 0930, won't be able to stay long as I'll have to come back home and pick up the wife for our massages. If it doesn't happen this week then next week, while I'm home I am going to try and work my schedule around hitting Fuel. There were too many nice cars not to. If I can I'll get one of my bikes up and running too, not too many Yamaha RZ500s (two stroke) running around.

Yeah, I feel as if I've missed something if I don't make Fuel. I've missed the last two, but should be at the next few.

An old 2 stroke huh? They are definitely few and far between.

So much for getting up early to wash the car. Guess there isn't much point in heading to Fuel today, let's hope next weekend has better weather.

Already cleaned mine even though it's gonna rain, I needed to get all the grit and grime from the cabin in Hocking Hills last weekend.

I'll probably still head down if the rain stops quickly.

Got the front and rear suspension done today. Noticeable difference in ride height. No testing because I am beat! Also worked on the clear third brake light I had a brainstorm about, but it doesn't have enough light with the red plastic surrounding the back of the bulb. I'm going to get some chrome model paint and see if that works.

FYI there's a big import meet up here in Columbus this Sunday if anyones interested. I'm moving stuff out of my house on Sunday so I don't know if I'll make it for sure, but I'm going to try to go as a spectator. A bunch of vendors are going to be out there, including some guys from the rx-7 store who ended up doing my exhaust work, because my ratchet and jack stands weren't getting the job done on the weathered OEM exhaust.

Here's the link to the site if anyone wants more info.

Well crap. Right up the road from me, but not only does the car need an alignment, I'll be at the MotoGP race in Indy. Ce la vie...

Thanks, I know I will, I just hope the wife does. We're making a weekend of it, only going to the races on Sunday though. I don't want to overload her!

I am planning on being at Fuel on Saturday, probably in the Speed but not with the new wheels just yet. I picked them up from Wheel Doctor today so want to give the paint a few days to cure properly. Then I get to do the suspension on it! Won't be too hard, not like the 8.

I'll be at fuel as well. I saw that you had some issues with the rear of the 8 on the other forum. I had a friend helping me when i did mine. I don't know that i could have done it the way we did it by myself.

MotoGP was great. I should have had earplugs though, sitting under the overhang is great for sun protection, not so great for echoing. Didn't think they would be THAT loud! Should have known better from my previous times at tracks, but then I was always out in the open.

I'm planning on Fuel again next weekend, in the 8 this time. Should have the body parts installed by then.

Chief - Glad you had a good time at MotoGP. The bikes are loud and exciting to watch. The lean angles they achieve is unbelievable in person.

I was going canoeing on saturday, but it looks to be a little cold for that. If not, I'll be at fuel.

On another note, there's a small but hopefully growing mazda meet this Sunday at 3pm at the Milford Sonic. We'll probably play some mini golf or go karts after if anyone is interested. This should get us done in time for anyone going to the fireworks sunday night.

Does anyone in here have the CS RX-8 that was at the autocross at Turfway this past weekend? Nathan I think?
