You guys did good.

Moved ahead on the Miata today, finally figured out those damn brackets. Had a guy send me some pictures but I couldn't open them for a while so I just used my puzzle skills and got it in. Have some stuff to finish up tomorrow, if I'm lucky I'll have a runner for Saturday.

James: the bumper looks great, hope I'll get to see it in person soon. Nice work Kevin.

If anyone's interested I have a set of KW3 Varient Coilovers for sale and a GROM audio iPod adapter for Mazdas it will work for 8 so long as you have firmware 9.55 and above I believe. PM me if you're interested.

We had to modify the whole top of the bumper to make it fit. Cutting fiberglass was fun though, cough cough. I can't believe the level of hack these guys did to this bumper. Well at least now it looks pretty decent, with dremel work, zip ties, and nylon spacers.

Our hacking was totally better than their hacking that's for sure.

Speaking of grill outs, I need to talk to the wife and see when she's cool with having one at the house. I'm thinking sometime in the second half of July since this month is half over and i'm out of town again this weekend.

I've always wanted to have a seafoam party. lol. 5-10 cars white smoking the whole neighborhood. I could probably actually get away with it out here without too much complaining from the neighbors. Hell, they might ask to join in

Meh, I don't buy into the whole seafood thing all that much short of putting some in the gas tank to clean out the fuel system. The majority of it just gets dumped right out of your exhaust as soon as you crank the car over.

Seafood? You put seafood in your 8? Fresh or saltwater? LOL

Just got back from Dallas. I'm shooting for Fuel on Saturday if I get the steps installed on the door out of our sunroom and some paint on the trim. Wife is bugging me to get it done.

The 21st of July 2012, Defined Autoworks will open their doors to all rotorheads to come and bask in rotary nirvana. We at OH-R always know how to have a good time, we will be out in force, and we want more rotornuts to come and have fun with us! It looks like an R100, Rx-4, and Rx-5 Cosmo will be in attendance, thanks to Defined! They will also have a 20B S14, as well as many other 2 and 3 rotor powered vehicles! They have built 515 hp N/A 20Bs, and their exhaust systems are gorgeous incredibly efficient works of art! So this is a company you need to check out!

Here are some teaser shots of some of the cars Defined has had a hand in!

I have a couple cans of seafoam if anyone needs any. I hope to be at Fuel early Saturday morning since I can only stay til 11. Hopefully my exhaust will be here and on by then but there that's likely wishful thinking.

Weather is supposed to be nice the next 7 days, should be a huge crowd at Fuel Coffee. If I can get enough work done by Friday, I will be there early 'cause I hate parking my **** far away when I show up late. Anyone else going besides Dan?

I'll be there, the only question is in which car. Found out today that DB9-USB adapters aren't common so had to order one. I need it to connect my laptop to the MegaSquirt. Should get that tomorrow so if I get everything else done today I should be set.

Edit: problem with my Amazon order so the adapter won't be here tomorrow. That means either the 8 or the Speed will be at Fuel. Did get all the hardware installed today, here's what it looks like:

You need an electrician and a plumber there Mike.

Not looking good for Fuel unless I get the steps done tomorrow night and slap on a coat of paint on the trim. It's gonna be hot on Saturday so I don't want to paint then. Grass cutting needs to be done too but that can wait.

So Steve's a maybe, and Mike + Dan, anyone else? Gonna be a nice morning for coffee (said with inflection). That sounds completely desperate. LOL Nice work Mike, it's all coming together well.

So long as I don't run into issues with putting on the exhaust today (once it comes) I'll be there early. Hurry up UPS, I'm itching to get started!

You'll make the miner's union happy.

I like it. It would look good on your car.
