well i f-ed up somwhere...

the map is uploaded to my AP but when i try to flash the new map, the map is greyed out on the ap and it wont let me use it. i updated my dongle, ap, and ap manager. uninstalled my ap, reflashed the basemap twice but nothing will let me put that map on the car. what did i do wrong?

 

I upgraded my ap software then tried to upload the new map to the ap, but the ap wouldn't show up in the manager software. I had to reboot to get it to show. Not a big deal, but wanted to mention it just in case anyone else has this issue.

either im being an IDOT, or something is wrong. I got the map saved, and uploaded to acc. manager. But it wont let me drag it over to the accessport..

My map is greyed out :'(.

I did the full clean of all cobb software, updated the Manager and the AP.

 

yeah I can get the map on the AP got the latest beta firmware, plug it into the car turned the car to the on position and tried to flash it with the 4.01 file, but its grayed out, while the base map is white.

 

well i got it, dont know how lol, but it loaded..

went to car todo the final touches, and greyd out as well..

W.E... gooing to bed.. (stomps feet)

I thought you guys were a bunch of dorks who didn't follow instructions, but I just tested and my map is grayed out too. I followed both manager and updater links and upgraded before uploading the ap maps and going to the car.

Are all you "greyed-out" sufferers on the newest AP Updater software and AP firmware?

 

for me I figured I had the latest and tried it, it was grayed out, so I looked for updates

then I updated the software (AP Updater), and then did the beta firmware update (as per instructions) on the ap, but to no avail it was still grayed out

 

yep, did all the updates, and even the beta stuff, nothing worked. the base map can still load up fine.

 

OK. Probably something got stuffed in the serial number validation.

Everyone that is having a "greyed-out" issue, send in a submission the usual way and I'll tackle it tomorrow.

Tack a note onto your submission with your current firmware version info.

 

When you say the "USUAL WAY", you mean send the last data log setup again?
idle,cruise at 60, 2nd to 3rd pull, and map used.. "along with the newest map"?

Download link works great.
Tried it with left clicking the map and also right click->save as and they both work just fine.
Also have issue uploading to AP. I'll resend my submission with my firmware version.
